Hello Oxbow!
Sophia and I are going to be on vacation starting this Saturday. We need people to cover for us - especially on the weekends. If you can cover for either of us, PLEASE DO SO AND LET ME KNOW. If you do this for us, we will be sure to cover for you another time.
The dates we need coverage for are:
all day on August 7th (Sunday)
all day on August 13th (Saturday)
all day on August 14th (Sunday) (probably just for turnout in the AM because it's a show day)
all day on August 20th (Saturday)
If you can do a half day on either of those days, that would be good, too.
Also, I need coverage for:
PM work on August 10th (Wednesday)
PM work on August 17th (Wednesday)
It's not absolutely necessary that I get coverage for those days since there are usually a lot of people, but it'd be good if I could anyway.
Keep in mind that the show is on August 14th and that if you're showing YOU SHOULD BE HELPING OUT WITH WORK WHEN YOU'RE DONE.
Please check and see if you can work any of these days and help us out by covering. Don't be lazy, because then you end up screwing over the people who do come in and work on those days and won't have me or Sophia there.
