Popularity:Popularity doesn't really matter, as long as you have a couple of great friends, you're cool. If someone uses their popularity to try to prove they're better than you, they're just being stubborn and jealous of your close friendships rather than a huge group of people. Abortion: I think it's not good, but it's not bad. I see both sides of the arguement and I agree with them both. It's not really killing somebody, because it's not alive. If you're having an abortion, it's probably so you won't screw up your own life. If you aren't ready for this baby, and you have it, it will get adopted and it may lead a life worse than your own.
But it's also seen as a horrible thing to do because the genes may make the next genius, you could be killing something that was destined to do something important.
Popularity: Everybody's special and popular and well liked by somebody. You don't need to have some big group to hang around to know that. Maybe you aren't popular to everyone, but you are to your friends. I hate the stereo-typical view in which the popular kids are shallow.
