A comic strip is a series of panels with cartoon drawings in them that make a story. Sometimes comic strips are humorous, and sometimes they are serious. There are comic strips in newspapers and on the web. Peanuts by Charles Schulz and Garfield by Jim Davis are famous comic strips in newspapers. Comic strips on websites are called webcomics. Penny Arcade and xkcd are famous webcomics.
