1Make a copy of the file - don't attempt to edit this one! :) - you do this by clicking on "File" then either on "Make a Copy" or "Download" (which you can then open in another spreadsheet package) in a desktop version. In a mobile device, click on the three dots menu, then pick "Share and Export" then either "Save as" to download or "Make a copy" to have one on your Google Drive. (Please note that this is designed to work on Sheets and Excel; others may vary.)
