When I first received this I was not impressed. It did not seem to heat anything so I decided to return it . But, my husband being the one with more common sense, suggested that I try giving the item a chance. That perhaps I was not using it properly. Much as I hate to admit, he turned out…..yet again…..to be right! Seems the problem was with ME and NOT the item. It is important to note that the temperature settings are very sensitive so one must be careful not to touch it once the warmer is turned on. Which is exactly what I had been doing. More the reason why nothing was staying warm.

Well, once I figured it all out, was I impressed!!! And glad that I had held off on returning it. I LOVE this thing! I plug it in, set the temperature to the highest setting (I like my coffee to stay as hot as possible) and set the ceramic cup (comes with the unit) with my coffee on it. The coffee stays hot from start to finish. Even if it takes me a couple of hours to sip it slowly.

I’m not sure how long this gadget will last but I plan on getting another one the minute it stops working. Having gotten use to it now, I really wouldn’t want to be without it! Even my thermal cups couldn’t keep my coffee as hot as this warmer does.

Don’t take my word for it. Give it a try yourself. I think it’s definitely worth the 20 bucks! Highly recommend it!

Its small which is great, it fits on the cluttered desk. And the mug has a perfectly flat bottom which means the heat reaches the entire bottom. I do bump and turn it off a bit (clutters fault) but i love the 3 settings, the auto turn off if no mug is on it, and the auto turn off after hours. Now, i hope it lasts.

Alas the first one received had a broken cup inside and no instructions. Amazon customer service usual great help in replacing and new one is working very well. Temperature perhaps not quite holding to 149 degrees but warm enough and will work with other than flat bottom cup but not keeping quite as warm. I was bit concerned after seeing frequent returns and some comments but find it working well for me. If this changes will come back and edit this comment.

This product does keep my tea warm for a long period of time. I do wish it would have a higher temperature than the 149 degrees Fahrenheit as the max. The other thing is it only works with the cup that was included and it it a smaller capacity mug. It was a good value for the price and I used it daily this past winter and I will continue to use it.

Bought this as I do need a coffee cup and a warmer as I'm tired of my tea or coffee going cold, and the price is right (well under $20). It arrived, and it's nicely packaged with the cup matching the warmer in color. One minor quibble is the warmer won't remember my temp setting. The warmer has multiple temp settings, but every time you turn it on, it defaults to the lowest and you have to turn it up. At least it's a simple touch that brings it up. I start with boiling water, and it does keep it warm when my other unheated cup had gone cold. Overall, happy with the purchase except the lack of temperature setting memory.

Totally useless! Arrived with a USA plug. Am I supposed to buy an adaptor now?

Mug arrived damaged and the warmer itself does not come with a UK plug or USB for its power source
