I have been battling mold toxicity for about a year now. My naturopath is helping me to implement natural rituals into my daily life that will aid in my detox. She turned me on to dry brushing. I ordered my Belula set here on Amazon, not really knowing much about it and what to do. I opened the package and it was such beautiful packaging with a wonderful message from the company. It comes with complete instructions and it also gives you tips on what to do if your skin isn’t used to it yet. This product is beautifully made and is the perfect addition to my new self care routine. My skin loves to be brushed! It felt amazing! And I followed it up with the exfoliating gloves the comes with it in the shower. I can’t wait to continue to do this ritual and see/feel the wonderful benefits.

I highly recommend! I think this will be the perfect gift to give to the wonderful women in my life this holiday season too! Great price for something something small yet impactful.

It came beautifully packaged. The owners of this company really take pride in the work that they do. I connected the handle to the brush and started brushing upward. I just opened this last night, but it already felt good on my skin.

I hope this helps with the swelling in my legs and in my hands.

Great quality body and facial brushes! I have sensitive skin and the bristles are firm enough to slough the skin, but not irritate. Beautiful wood handles and simple, elegant design.

They call this a "Dry Brush" but seriously, I never ever had used any boar bristle brush as a "dry" brush. It holds up well and drains well. I use it in the shower all the time with body wash and it does wonders to removing all that dead skin from one's body. At the least, with water on you, as you scrub, it will wash away all that dead skin, then you just follow up with a washing cloth.

My last brush that I had, wasn't from this group, and it had a rubber grip around the handle, this one doesn't have that and is just the wood. The wood is nice and polished so with that you don't get blisters but it can be a bit hard to grasp if you have any soap on your hands, and especially any hair conditioner as that is quite slick.

One of the key aspects of this brush is you can take it apart, yes, the head is removable and you can plop it right back on. It has a hand strap so you can put it in your hand and scrub away in areas where you don't need the pesky handle in the way. This is the second biggest reason that I purchased this brush, because a lot of the brushes you find in the store, such as Wal-Mart will have the head of their brushes non removable. The head will stay in the brush if you keep it there as well, it is wood, and wood swells when wet, locking it in.

Like all things, "Wood" don't let this brush "dry" out. Seriously. See I know people that blow dry their hair, and bodies and some that crank the heater up to 85 F in winter, well I tell ya, wood cracks when dry so don't do it.

It came packaged so beautifully and fun, I love the letters and little notes on the package. The dry brushes are great quality and if they don’t work for you they offer 100% money back/satisfaction. The bristles are not too hard or too soft, they’re just right. They fit well in my hand and are very easy to use. 10/10 would recommend this company ! And you get to plant a tree in your name shopping with them!

These brushes are beautiful and well made. I searched around and there are plenty of cheeper brushes. I settled on these from reviews and am so happy I ordered these! Love the bag they come with for storage and the instruction manual is an unexpeted plus.

I’ve been using it for a week every morning before working out and then using the gloves in the shower. Results are good, less backné and I feel more energized. The brushes have the right strength, you will only hurt yourself if pushing it too hard against your skin. The gloves work very well with the rice soap I am using, loads of foam, fresh scent and soft skin(M-mark rice bran soap). Really good combo. If you put the work you will feel better about your skin. After that I am using oils to rehydrate (Welleda for cellulite and Makadamiya Rose geranium oil for dry legs and forearms). I feel really ha pay about my skin right now.

Couldn't help but compare this with a previous natural dry brush I had tried. With the previous one, the bristles were so hard and rough on my skin I couldn't stand it. I eventually had to throw it away. Belula's is totally different: the bristles are of the perfect stiffness - neither too stiff nor too soft. Brushing is both a stimulating and comfortable experience - the body brush has made dry brushing a delightful part of my morning routine. The package also comes with a facial brush. It's softer and gentler than the bigger body brush, again, just the right set of bristles for facial skin. Both brushes are sturdy, obviously well-crafted. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone keen on dry brushing.

I've used it multiple times now and the whole set is great.

The brush is great on my skin, then when I connect with the stick it helps to scrub my back really well, plus the gloves are great for when I'm massaging my scalp, etc.

Only tiny suggestion I have is to maybe improve / tweak the "lock" mechanism,

So when the brush connects to the stick, maybe make the "lock" part a bit more secure as it's disconnected only a couple times but 9/10 times it stays secured in place.

Either that or make 2 separate brushes - one where it's just the head, the other where it's the head and the brush combined with NO separation. As in a brush with a long stick - all in one. Hope that makes sense?

Overall, great set and I use it everyday in the shower.

Definitely worth the purchase!
