This book was wonderful. Sacha is part.owner of a tech company with his two friends. He is also a Bigfoot. Bailey lands the job as his assistant. She has not worked with any cryptids before. She is a little nervous around Sacha but kinda think he is hot. When Sacha suggest they spend more time together she is a little hesitant. Then she kinda wants more and so does he. Will these two have a little office romance?

This was a really fun story with well developed characters. I enjoyed the plot and the world building, none of it was too heavy for the lightness of the read, which was great. The pacing was good and overall the characters were really fun and likeable.

The spice was probably a 3/5 🌶

I will say that there were consistent small grammatical errors throughout the book, but nothing too distracting for me personally.

I will for sure read more from this author in the future 😊

I'm just sticking to the basics for this review, since this story just wasn't my jam. But the fact that I didn't personally enjoy the story is why I only rated it three stars.

It's a Cinderella type of story filled with a variety of imaginative characters. The personalities are well established, and there are just enough details to set the scenery for your imagination. It's decently written, with very few typos and a h.e.a. ending.

Ugh, I just love plus sized love. Bay is confident in her own skin and I adore her for it. We need more fmcs like this! She takes a temp job and though she doesn’t really know what she’s doing the pay is amazing so she goes anyways. Every single person warns her about her boss but he doesn’t seem mean to her. Little does she know it’s because she’s his mate.

Sacha Kwatch (how genius is that name??) is a Bigfoot and has the monstrous personality to match. He has curbed his desires to fit in and appear more human though he does still have some dark desires. At first sniff of Bays smell he knows he’s screwed, she’s his mate.

This story was so cute! I loved that they entered an arrangement so he could spend time with her. He ended up being such a sweetheart and Bay didn’t stand a chance!

I really enjoyed this one; it’s my first Bigfoot romance. One of my favorite things about monster romances is how the non humans fit into the world and this one was fun. My one and only complaint, is that I did not like her nickname lol

This book was EXACTLY what I needed! Cute, cozy, spicy, funny, and everything in between! 🥰

Monster romance is always an immediate yes for me as it is, but one with kn0tting, prim@l pl@y chasing, AND body inclusivity, too?! OMG. Immediate 5 star from me!

As an avid cryptid lover and smut reader, I was a bit worried going into this. Cryptid romance books can be hit or miss, but this was WONDERFUL. It was fast paced, but well written. The smut was well done and not uncomfortable. The chemistry wasn't forced, and was reciprocated by both parties which I LOOOOVED.

I mean if a Bigfoot told me "I think you are passionate, and it makes you even more beautiful," I might just fall over and melt. Don't even get me started on when he says "I like when people see us together. I like that they know that you are mine." *squeals*

Luna Cantrip also knows her readers well when she says at the end of the book, "Here's hoping we all find the perfect hairy beast to curl up next to at night, who will make us tea, read us a good book, and rip our enemies in half if we ask them to very nicely."

I can't wait to read the next books in this series! I will anxiously be waiting for them.

Eu comecei essa leitura por uma intuição de que seria bom e porque ele me lembra a Fera, de A Bela e a Fera, então achei uma gracinha, e não errei em começar essa leitura, é incrível.

Eu AMEI como esse livro teve uma narrativa super fluida e delicada, como soube tratar perfeitamente as personalidades dos protagonistas e, principalmente, seus traumas e questões pessoais. Enquanto o Sacha tinha muitas questões sobre esconder quem ele é com medo da rejeição, porque ele é um "monstro", a Bailey lidou com o abandono e isso moldou toda a vida dela, ela não só foi abandonada, ela foi quase trocada pela própria mãe e isso determinou a maneira dela lidar com todas as suas relações afetivas.

Além de ter um bom desenvolvimento em relação ao passado e os traumas dos protagonistas, durante o desenvolvimento da narrativa, eles amadureceram e um dos maiores pontos altos aqui foi o seguinte: COERÊNCIA. As atitudes dos personagens foram coerentes ao amadurecimento deles e isso foi absolutamente lindo de ver.

Fiquei apaixonada pela família do Sacha e como a Bailey foi acolhida, como ela encontrou um lugar pra si na vida dele e como ela cresceu nesse livro.

Um livro doce, fofo, quente e bem escrito, com personagens que cresceram muito com a narrativa e aprenderam um com o outro. Eu tô apaixonada.

This book is so sweet! Bailey is very cool and relatable, Sasha is a lovely mix of darling awkward.

The writing and editing are excellent.

This feels like a true happy ending, I really liked this book and will absolutely read the next books.
