Brianna’s advocacy extends to her role as a consultant and contributor to the global recognition of hereditary alpha tryptasemia (HaT), a rare genetic condition, where her work with the National Institutes of Health and Gene By Gene has contributed to over 200 published research papers and increased awareness of the condition worldwide.
One of Brianna’s notable contributions to the educational space is her co-authorship of The Miracle Morning Art of Affirmations, a positive coloring book designed for both adults and children. This resource is currently being utilized in thousands of academic settings across the U.S., helping students and educators develop intentional daily practices that promote emotional regulation, focus, resilience, and personal growth.

Nicole Michaels5 out of 5 starsHopeful + Inspiring - THANK YOU Brianna & Gregory
Reviewed in the United States on 14 May 2026As someone who has lived 25+ years with a chronic illness, this is a tool I know will help a lot of people. What I really appreciated about this book is how thoughtful and empowering the format is. Instead of just giving information, it encourages real reflection through meaningful questions that make you slow down and check in with yourself in a deeper way.
Living with chronic illness can feel isolating and overwhelming at times, and I think this book creates space for people to feel seen while also helping them process their own experience. The question-based format feels really engaging and approachable, almost like a conversation that guides you inward.
I also love that it doesn’t feel overly clinical or like it’s telling you what to think. It gives the reader room to reflect on their own journey, emotions, struggles, growth, and perspective in a way that feels personal and validating. Such a thoughtful concept and I truly think it has the potential to help a lot of people. Thank you Brianna & Gregory

Ronnie C5 out of 5 starsRemarkably Compassionate and Insightful Guide for Anyone Facing Chronic Illness
Reviewed in the United States on 28 November 2025The Book of Questions: Living with Chronic Illness is one of the most thoughtful, grounding, and genuinely useful resources I’ve come across for navigating the emotional and practical realities of long-term health challenges.
What makes this book so powerful is its simplicity paired with deep intention. The questions prompt honest self-inquiry, thoughtful conversations with loved ones, and a renewed sense of agency at a time when life can feel unpredictable. Whether you’re living with a chronic condition yourself or supporting a family member, these prompts help you articulate needs, fears, hopes, and next steps in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
This is not just a book—it’s a companion. It helps individuals and families navigate some of the toughest moments with grace, curiosity, and compassion. I highly recommend it to patients, caregivers, and even healthcare professionals who want a deeper understanding of the chronic illness experience. A beautifully crafted, remarkably rich resource.

Robert Murray5 out of 5 starsA simple but effective approach to healing yourself with the wisdom that comes from within you.
Reviewed in the United States on 19 November 2025Too often, when facing the daunting reality of chronic illness, we look outside ourselves for solutions. We wait for the right doctor, the new treatment, or someone to simply come and "save us." The Book of Questions: Living with Chronic Illness turns that paradigm on its head.
Authors Gregory Stock and Brianna Greenspan invite us to stop looking out and start looking in. This book is a guide to a powerful chain reaction: the right questions change our thoughts, our thoughts reshape our emotional state, and ultimately, those feelings transform how we feel physically.
What makes this book truly resonate is that it isn’t written from a place of abstract theory. It is grounded in Brianna Greenspan’s real-world experience of navigating Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It is a surprisingly simple, yet profoundly effective approach for anyone ready to stop waiting to be rescued and start tapping into the resilience that already lives inside them.

Wendy S5 out of 5 starsRead this book to feel seen and meet your need for shared reality.
Reviewed in the United States on 19 November 2025Reading this book was like having a very important one-to-one conversation with me. I finally felt seen and it met my need for shared reality. Wow. I have struggled with Asthma my whole life, some years less or more than others. The last 8 years have been much more challenging than most people who know me know. This book cracked that door open.
Reading the book is step one. Picking a question to dive into will be step 2. Sharing my story on the QR code will be step 3. If you have a chronic or a recurring illness, I say buy this book, as I expect it will help you feel seen, help you celebrate yourself, and realize the pain from your illness can be seen in a new way. To quote, Brianna Greenspan, "Keep shining. The world needs your light." Thank you Brianna and Greg for writing this important book.
Wishing everyone with any illness, more care, comfort and ease.

Mr. DJK5 out of 5 starsA Must-Read for Anyone Facing Long-Term Health Challenges
Reviewed in the United States on 21 November 2025The Book of Questions: Living with Chronic Illness is a powerful, heartfelt guide for anyone navigating long-term health challenges.
Brianna Greenspan writes with honesty and compassion, asking the kinds of questions that help you rethink your story instead of being defined by your diagnosis.
What makes the book stand out is how empowering it feels — it doesn’t offer clichés or false promises. Instead, it gives you genuine insight, emotional clarity, and a sense of hope rooted in real experience.
It’s beautifully written, very easy to connect with, and feels like a supportive companion on a difficult journey. I highly recommended for anyone living with chronic illness or supporting someone who is.
