What isn't there to love about blackstones! These griddles are wonderful things, easy to transport for camping, and are moderately easy to maintain and clean to prevent rust! I mainly cook Smash burgers and Cheesesteaks on it, but the options are endless!

Little hard to get used to but first cook was great. Neat unit!

This is one of the best camping addition you can make or even just for picnic envy. Get the gas pipe that connects directly from Blackstone regulator to the bigger tank and you don't need to use the small green bottles unless you need the space.

The surface is easy to clean, it drains nicely to the back (when correctly leveled) and into the oil pan. Replaceable foil containers makes it even easier to clean.

Surface is big enough to make food for those big and hungry campers.

Received the flat top, did the seasoning as per the instructions on their website. I used grape seed oil. It went perfectly. I cooked on it right away, and everyday since ( about 4 days now). The seasoning took…everything tastes good, cooking on so easy. Lots of room on this flat top, it cleans up easily. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a quality flat top.

Overall I enjoy having this griddle. I have found that one igniter does not work well but I will adjust the gap and it should be okay.

I would also like to see the low setting on the burners a little bit cooler.

Now I love the griddle and would buy another in a heartbeat.

You might need to learn to cook a little differently on it due to it being so fast to heat up.

Burgers, bacon and eggs are awesome on it. Grilled cheese sandwiches are excellent too.

Cleanup is fairly easy now that I bought a scraper etc. Buy the tools for using it and let the fun begin.

Many good meals will be served from the Blackstone Griddle this summer!

Honestly it's a lot of work owning blackstone, but i love it enough to put the extra work in, that being said you go through lots of oil and lots of paper towel, doesn't even come with case or bag though

Bought to use with the camper. Easily stores and very easy to set up and use. Heats up great and after you season it a bit the cooking just gets better and better. I highly recommend this product to any campers out there and even for at home use too. I also highly recommend finding a carrying bag set.

I wanted to buy one for a while. Finally I did. I am extremely happy customer. The griddle is made of very thick metal, so when you start cooking the griddle does not get cold when you place food on it. I seasoned it only once, and every time I cook I finish with a quick cleaning and wiping with oil, turn the heat off and let it cool. I would recommend you prepare everything you want to cook ahead of time because cooking goes very fast. I used it for cheese steak, hibachi, eggs... I even used it in the middle of winter by placing it on the cold stove under the range hood and cooked what I wanted with no smell or cooking fumes. This may not be the most comfortable since the griddle may be too high but works great. I also like the fact that heat can be adjusted on each side separately, so one side can be used for cooking and the other to keep food hot (may need to keep food way to the side to keep it warm and to prevent overcooking since even with one side on the griddle can heat up a bit too much)
