      Very bad packaging from the seller. When I opened up the package all the four wheels were in broken condition .

      Don't you guys know how to pack the items properly. For such a heavy metal rack you provide such small plastic wheels of a low quality so how do you think these wheels are gonna support the weight of the items which are gonna be kept in the rack

      And one storage rack is not proper and still as it keeps on swinging. Very disappointed with the product. Worst experience

      Placed a replacement of product, kindly provide the items the wheels and the all the racks in a proper and a usable condition.
