    I did a lot of shopping for this brush- I have a smaller brush that I love but am annoyed that it doesn’t actually SPIN. This brush does spin, but only at one speed. Which is what it is, it’s the fact that you have to press so hard to get it to work well, that now the brush heads are popping off while in use. It’s mainly useless. There are instructions but nothing about how to attach or remove the brush heads & I’m concerned that I might have damaged the little teeth that grab it? I don’t know. Definitely must return & will try another brand.

    The same day I got this it would not work properly at all. Was cheaply made, kept shutting off like there was a short in it. The power button did not want to work properly either. Gave up on it.

    All plastic and seems to be quite delicate. Attempted to charge the scrubber when I received it. The usb port on the scrubber broke off and fell inside the handle. Totally unusable now. The brushes seem to be too soft to really clean tile. Just doesn't seem to be very powerful. A complete waste of money.

    The spin brush isn’t strong enough to really clean what you need it to. Changing the pieces can be hard sometimes. Overall I feel I wasted my money and I’m going to continue using my hands.

    It does work, but I can't change the head that's on it. It comes with no instructions, as well, so I don't know how I'm supposed to do so.

    Used once and tried to charge the battery but wouldn't recharge or work. Missed the return date by 6 days! Lesson learned : need to give product a fair test!
