    I can't believe that this product or company selling it got any good reviews. The timing/scheduling function will not work. I did get it to work once on a test, but it only did once and that was it. There is absolutely NO customer service or tech support for this item or they keep it well hidden in spite of the boast of working out any issues with you. There is no way to contact them. Amazon could not find a way either. Amazons gives you a support number and store link, but neither work. Waisted a lot of hours with this awful product. I am so glad that I just bought one to test it first instead of the 5 that I wanted to.

    Our LED pool light went out and instead of paying $800 for a new light, hubby found these. They do the same thing as the LED light at a fraction of the cost! Easy to install and operate! The colors are so pretty!

    Terrible product. Do not buy! Ordered 2. 1st went out after the 1st use. 2nd one stop working 4 weeks after. We did not leave them in the pool. We took them out after each swim. Contact manufacturer and have not received a response and it is too late to return for a refund.

    Nice Light but Unreliability Is an Issue

    i like the look and functionality of this light. There are several issues that I have encountered with these lights. First, is initial charging of the light and the sender. The instructions state that when charging the light, one should see a blinking red light. If the battery is totally discharged, you may not see a blinking red light, after a while one will see it. on my last replacement light, the red light blinked continuously despite well past overnight charging. I never changed to solid red indicating a full charge. It may take several attempts to Bluetooth pair the light to your phone. if you move the devices even together to another location, you may experience Bluetooth connectivity issues.

    If the light is immersed in a spa or pool, it may shut off for no reason. Manually pressing the on button, the light may result in no activity. even after you charge it the light may refuse to turn on.

    I believe that this is a quality control issue with the batteries in the units. While I would like to endorse this product, the failure rate is such that I cannot do so.

    They take some time to charge and set up but we love night swimming in the pool with the lights. Can be synced to music or set to your favorite color
