This is the first foot bath I've ever purchased so right off the bat, it's already way better than a tub filled with warm water.

Here is what I liked.

-It's collapsible which was a huge selling point for me. Opening and closing it is very easy to do. The middle plastic piece that locks in so it doesn't collapse while using it is genius.

-When starting with warm water as it suggests, the temperature rose to the set temp very quickly. From 89 degrees to 101 in less than 7 minutes. They suggest turning the bubbles on to help the heating process which I did.

-The handle to move it is sturdy.

-My women's size 10 feet fit had plenty of room.

-The bubbles and consistent heat of the water made it very pleasant to use.

Room for improvement

-The massage feature was too subtle. I tried all three options and the difference between each was barely discernible. I would have preferred a stronger massage option.

-Some sort of drain plug would be super convenient instead of having to pour the water out from the top. It can get heavy, depending on the amount of water you use, so for some people perhaps, hauling it to a sink or bathtub without spilling and then lifting it up and holding it while you pour out the water may be too much.

All in all, happy with my purchase and look forward to using it regularly!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:

I picked this brand based on reviews and price / features. I wanted a foot soaker that folded up for easy storage and had a heater and massage. This one checked all those boxes. It comes with 2 remotes that let you adjust the water temp, light, bubbles and massage functions. I've used it a half dozen times and it does exactly what the seller claims.

The handle is a nice addition... even when full of water, the handle feels sturdy. It has a LED readout in the bottom of the water area that tells you the water temp. I do wish it had a roller or some sort of arch massager in the center of the massage area. The spinning plastic "massagers" are okay but not exactly what I want... and I wish the cord was detachable for storing it inside. Those are not a faults of this particular item... just my preferences. For the price, it's a great value.

Note: Make sure you watch a YOUTUBE video on how to safely soak your feet (regarding temperature and bath salts, etc, including checking for foot issues, after-care, adding moisturizer after drying). As for the COLLAPSIBLE FOOT SPA is it fantastic. Good gauge plastic walls, simple directions, and remote is nice. I filled mine with fairly hot water from the kitchen sink and soon, you felt even hotter water at my toes. A bit too hot. So, I recommend lukewarm water, if your soak will be the recommended max of 15-20 minutes. Also, another reviewer mentioned using a belt or something to "tie your knees together" when soaking. That's true. When sitting and putting your feet in, your knees tend to spread out naturally, and then the edges of your ankles rub on the plastic sides of the spa. So, use a robe tie or something soft to keep those knees together. All in all, a great product and effective. Afterwards, I easily took care of calluses and used mosturizer.

3.5 stars because while the foot massager pieces at the bottom are a nice idea they are not comfortable for more then like 5 minutes. Vibration is low but decent and I would like more bubbles but the main reason for a lower rating is those darn pieces at the bottom. I am a size 10.5 women's and my feet had lots of room! I could even move them

I was very excited when it came so I quickly filled it and added some foot soak. The heat works really well as does the remote. I used it during work today after lunch as a quick stress reliver for about 20 minutes and then turned it off. Decided to use again at end of day and turned it back on since I never dumped it and the water heated nicely.

It was a bit tricky to figure out how to open but once I used the QR code and watched the short-short video here on Amazon it was easy. The remotes came with batteries and worked nicely. I like the lid and the sleeve so when I am done it will store nicely under my bed or on a shelf.

This is good value for money but I'd return it to get one without the massage pieces at the bottom. If they had some sort of insert to cover them that would be nice so I could enjoy the massager when I don't want to use them. If I was going to buy again I'd get same brand without the massage pieces. A foot spa is a nice treat for WFH or an end of the day treat.

I'd buy this brand again just a different model.

I spent so much time looking at reviews but finally decided to go for this one.

Yes, you have to aim the little hand held remote control down to the control in the foot bath so the remote can talk to the unit. Why that is an issue for some people is beyond me. You're sitting there, it is not hard to do.

The heater works great and I follow the guidance that says not to fill it with cold water. I use warm water when filling.

The first time I used it the rollers seemed hard on my feet but since my feet had not been deep massaged in years, I wasn't surprised. Each time I use it I can go longer before turning that feature off. And I have to say that once I take my feet out of the bath after using those massage features, they tingle for a long time. It's a wonderful feeling.

I use epsom salts with a few aromatherapy drops in the bath with no problem at all. I don't use any softening oils because I don't want to take the chance of clogging the system but when I take my feet out I have a fresh towel, wonderful skin lotion and fresh socks to put on after I use it.

It collapses easily for storage.

Yes you should keep your feet to either side because you don't want to place your feet directly on the heating element which is in the center of the unit. Yes you don't want to hit the center bar that is a little extra support for the unit. Yes you don't want to put your feet up on the sides of a collapsible unit. If you want to take your feet in and out get a towel. The complaints I have read about here are common sense things to watch out for.

The only thing that I wish is that it was another inch deeper. I know that if I fill it over the line I will splash it everywhere but because only up to the line, for me it only just goes up to my ankles and I would love for it to cover them. I've thought about bringing a jug of water on the side and filling it when I get the unit in place and then scooping some out before carrying it to the tub to drain it. So that might be an option.

This deserves 5 stars. I'm really enjoying it.

I unboxed and set up this spa. I added about 2 gallons of warm water and set the temp for 104° (which isn’t easy because the remotes buttons don’t work very good). It started out at about 84° and only took about 5 or 6 minutes to hit 104°. BUT, it didn’t stop there, it went on to 115° very quickly. I’m glad I waited before I started using it.

I turned it off and allowed it to cool back down to 104°, put in my size 11.5 feet (kind of tight but they fit) and turned the spa back on with the massage going. It felt “OK” (nothing to write home about) and sat back to relax. I turned on the TV and noticed the temp was back up to 106°. Then I watched as the heat kept rising. I checked the setting and it was still set for 104 but was now at 110°. I hit the pause on my firestick controller and the spa turned off the red light/bubbles, I hit the pause again and they came back on. The firestick select button turned the spa off and on..

I emptied the spa and refilled it with warm water. Turned it back on with 104° temp set and watched it rise from 87° to 117°.

After opening I saw that they included a second remote control and after using it I understand why. As in the video it took pressing many times to get it to work at all.

Boxing it back up to return and do not recommend.

For the price this thing is great. I use it only about once a month but more in winter. I love the amount of heat and power it puts out. It's not very noisy at all. I use it sitting on the couch watching tv for my sore feet.

Good product but bubbles option stopped working after one use and not likely to return as it would take 1-2 weeks for it to go back to USA and then another 2 weeks for the replacement to be received so i would be 4 weeks from having any product

I could not use it because the power cord is US version. Thus it cannot be used in the EU!. What a piece of garbage. I know I can buy an adapter but it's annoying and should have been included.
