Reviewed in the United States on August 16, 2022My first impression was I got dupe with the light weight of the entire telescope. But once everything was assembled and started using it, I was satisfied for the product. In fact, our family are having a blast looking at the stars using the 40x lens. The 10x lens is pretty awesome as well but you can't use it to see the stars.
This item is definitely perfect for a beginner user like myself. The assembly was fairly easy, however one round plastic plate that was not mention on the manual where to mount it. I started using it in the afternoon to check out the landscape and I was quite impressed of the clarity it produces. The secret is knowing how to calibrate and adjusting the lens knob. The unit itself is flimsy but family is having a blast learning about the stars. Happy!
