1) I swallow one pill whole per day w/ my other supplements 2) I empty half the container worth of pill’s contents into a clean jar and dip my brush in daily with my fIuoride free healthy toothpaste (Auromère) and brush with it It’s got a nice mild powdered milky taste and is not offensive at all to brush with. This has helped my teeth, all aches gone, mouth is healthy, tongue is pink, and my boyfriend says I have zero morning breath! That’s def a big difference. I’ve learned quite a bit about this stuff (and it’s connection to Chernobyl!) and I’m glad I did. I feel better overall in my body (I take a bunch of amazing supplements - Black Seed Oil, Olive leaf, Oregano Oil, turmeric, NAC, Kohlbitr, Irish sea moss, Quercetin, Lions Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Methylene Blue) but I feel intuitively like this helps my immune system and (oral and gut) microbiome. Win for me.

    This stuff works great for bad breath and morning breath. It takes a couple days to start working but you will know once it's started. Open the capsule and dump it on your tongue, swish around and then gargle for ten seconds and then swallow. It has no taste. Sidenote, it's also good for your lung health. This organism is an important part of the microbiome in your mouth, nostrils and lungs.

    Hard to tell or know if it is really working and getting to the lower intestines (colon); probiotics like Lactobacillus salivarius is supposed to thrive here, supporting gut flora and health. From my experience I have little to no noticeable difference from before I started taking this several months ago.

    I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they are making a difference but the information provided says some of them at least are absorbed in the intestines, which is terrific as many brands are apparently absorbed only in the stomach. They were delivered quickly and well packaged. Hopefully they are working well.
