    I have always wanted a cooling rack. I finally found this Nordic Ware rack this fits inside my half sheet pan. That makes storage easy. It is perfect for elevating pizza to maintain crispness. It is versatile it can hold breaded chicken, cookies. It’s a multi tool. The Nordic Ware, and built to last. It’s worth it

    Finally got around to using this rack and I really like it. It's sturdy, well made, cookies didn't stick to it, and it's a much better (bigger) size than the one I've been using for years. This is my second, recent Nordic Ware brand cookware purchase and I'm very happy with it.

    The Nordic Ware baking and cooking rack works great! It is still tricky to clean after baking some chicken, but being non-stick is very helpful and cleaned better than non-coated racks I have had in the past. Though there were cheaper (non-Nordic Ware) options, I love that this baking/cooling rack fits perfectly in the Nordic Ware half-sheet pan I already had.

    This grid is a nice match to my Nordic Ware 1/2 sheet baking trays. The grid wires are closely spaced at about 14mm, or a hair over 1/2”. It is rigid and doesn’t flex much at all in the center. I plan to use this to season and rest steaks and pork shoulder before grilling or smoking, and while the latter can be up to 15 lbs., I don’t think it will be a problem at all. I do wish I could find Nordic Ware brand grids for my full sheet pans.
