I love everything about Instant Hydration. I was excited to try a different flavor after ordering the raspberry flavor awhile back. This flavor in particular (Mango Pineapple) isn’t as good as the raspberry flavor I have ordered in the past. I love the benefits and clean ingredients. Unfortunately this box came squished / damaged, so I will just put the individual packets in a different container to keep them in one place.

    These hydration packets are very good but i do warn you that they do have a salty taste. This product is great if you are severally dehydrated and need nutrition. I dont mind the salty taste truthfully but it may bother some people. Also its not super sweet like some hydration drinks are. I got the mango pineapple one.

    Absolutely love! I tried so many different hydration packets and they all have one issue..the powder clumps up. This one dissolves as soon as it hits the water. Yes it’s a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The taste is not too powerful yes it’s a tad bit salty but not too salty.

    This product is horrible. Taste is disgusting. Could barely finish my water. Even tried a second glass in the morning without eating anything to avoid cross tastes. It tastes like salt water. Attempted to return, but Amazon says product is not eligible for return even though the company has a guaranteed policy.

    Favorite electrolyte packet by far except for maybe the cotton candy. I’m looking forward to trying the pineapple peach. It has the correct amount of Gray sea salt to potassium ratio that I need for someone who has pots and tertiary adrenal insufficiency syndrome. I have to drink electrolytes all day long just so I don’t pass out, in this by far is the easiest way in the most tasty way for me to get it in. I just wish it wasn’t so damn expensive.

    I love instant hydration. The new icee cherry flavor is delicious. This isn't great. The flavor is okayish. It also settles and has to be shaken often so you aren't drinking sediment. The other flavor doesn't do that.
