    私は映画が好きで、ジャンル問わず、国問わず色々見ているんですが、韓国映画を見ると必ずと言っていいほど食べてるシーンが出てくるジャージャー麺？を一度食べてみたくて仕方が無くなり、韓国の友達にお勧めの袋めんはあるか聞いたらこれを勧められました。

    映像で見ていたイメージでは、ボロネーゼとかミートソースのようなものかと思っていました。

    しかし全然違いました！なんというのか、炭のような独特な風味のある甘めのソースという感じ。

    とても香ばしいです。

    炭焼きとかが好きだったらきっと気に入る香りが粉末ソースを入れたとたんに香ります。

    少し不思議。

    想像とは全然違う風味、味でしたが、気に入りました。

    ただ５食食べた今でも作り方が正しいのかわからないというか、日本のインスタント焼きそばのように水分を飛ばしながら麺をほぐして作るのかと思って最初はフライパンで作りましたが麺がしっかりお湯に浸からず失敗し(水を足して本来の時間よりも長くやって食べましたが存外伸びている感じもしませんでした。)、鍋で作るとやや水分が多く感じるような…

    麺が良い意味で太く、しかし乾麺の状態だとなかなか分厚くなってしまうのでほぐすのが難しいという面もありますが、結構雑に作っても麺が伸びて不味いとか感じることはなくある程度美味しく食べられる麺の状態が広いように思います。

    ただ一つ注意するべきなのは、作り方にも火を止めてから粉末スープをかけるように書いてありますが、スープに片栗粉のような成分が入ってて固まるとかなのかな？と思っていましたが、一度スープをかけてから水分が多すぎると感じた時に水分を飛ばそうと火をかけなおしたら鍋に一部焦げ付きました。

    多分、すごく焦げやすいから火を止めてスープを入れるという事だと思います。

    あと５食、また試行錯誤しながら楽しもうと思いますｗ
