A Team Lead is a committed and proactive individual responsible for organizing and leading their own events within the West Island Halaqa. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing gatherings, discussions, or activities that align with the goals and values of the Halaqa.

As a Team Lead, you are expected to:

  • Independently organize events tailored to your community’s needs and interests.

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.

  • Collaborate with the larger Halaqa network, sharing ideas and best practices.

  • Communicate regularly with other Team Leads and coordinators for support and alignment.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating Islamic values, consistency, and sincerity.
