App version: 2.1.0+ You can find it in: Settings → Manage streaming history Important details Over the past months, we've been fixing issues in our catalog (merging duplicates, splitting incorrect merges, etc.). However, your existing streams were not fully updated along with those fixes. Some streaming history issues are difficult to correct retroactively. The deletion (of all-time streaming history) + re-import flow is designed to fix the following issues with your streaming history: streams disappearing from tracks/albums drops in stream counts or listening minutes stats showing under the wrong tracks or albums duplicated or inflated streams caused by multiple import attempts or previous import-related issues How it works Delete all your streams via Settings → Manage streaming history After deletion is complete, request your data from Spotify / Apple Music and re-import it. Note: Apple Music re-import requires an active Apple Music subscription Your streams will go through our updated processing pipeline This should restore missing data and significantly reduce inconsistencies. Important notes "All streams" deletion removes everything: all imported and synced streams + imported files Deletion cannot be undone/reverted Deletion usually completes within minutes, but can take longer depending on your data Wait until deletion is fully complete before importing again (the page should show no streams, or ~50 new synced streams while waiting) If sync is enabled, new streams will continue to be tracked after deletion. Any gap in data should be minimal or none Thanks for your patience! Quick update from the team 👋 We’re currently working on catalog improvements (the artists, tracks, and albums behind your stats), and some fixes have already started rolling out. Since streaming history is closely connected to the catalog, you might also see some new temporary quirks on top of the issues you’ve already been reporting - like tracks disappearing from your top tracks or stream counts suddenly dropping. This is expected while we clean up duplicates and wrongly merged items, and improve overall catalog data. There are still more weeks of work ahead of us, and things may occasionally look a bit unstable while we continue making changes behind the scenes. This work is also laying the groundwork for future streaming history improvements. Once the catalog is in a better place, we’ll be able to move forward with deeper history fixes - and we’re planning to work towards giving you the option to delete your streaming history and re-import it when that stage is ready. It has been 10 days since I started recognizing that not all of songs that I played were later displayed in recently played. It seems like app selectively calculate streams. It’s so annoying and I am really minding about deleting this application. I can understand every problem that appeared, but this ruins last part of the app that was working. Inaccurate last 4 weeks stats???? Really????? How long do we need to wait to do one thing properly and fix it???? How many help & support mails do we need to send?

We were told now two months ago that some changes might mess up the correct streaming numbers. Everyone on this feedback page wants to know what’s going on. I’d get it if this was for like a week at most but at this point it’s ridiculous. It should be your absolute priority to fix it.

It seems like you’re not doing anything with the bugs or more importantly: the feedback from users. The statistics are inaccurate, and many of my top artists seem to have disappeared. You haven’t fixed this for months. What a shame.

i deleted all of my streaming history and imported everything again. for some reason, my stats look even more confusing and disorganized now. for example: Dangerous Woman is showing up in my top albums THREE times, despite the fact it’s the exact same version with no added songs, the stats are split three different times. i’m annoyed cause i went through the effort to import all my data again, only to be left confused and disappointed at the lack of improvement! 🫠 i wouldn’t recommend even bothering to reupload your stats if you haven’t already. leave a comment or upvote if you’ve experienced the same.

Sometimes album covers, artist images, or track titles change or become incorrect due to metadata updates, causing profiles and statistics to look inconsistent. It would be great to let each user choose which image and title should be displayed for a specific artist or track. For example, for a track, users could select the artwork from any available album, single, compilation, or playlist that the track belongs to. The same idea could apply to artist profile images and names when multiple versions exist. This would improve personalization and prevent issues caused by changing metadata while keeping the listening history intact.

Would be nice if you actually listen to what people tell you in the reporting an issue fix the damn thing why is there so many songs missing things or they have the wrong album cover? It’s like you don’t even care why are they coming up other things than what they’re supposed to be, and when someone tells you that it’s not fix the damn thing and people pay for it.

This is the 3rd day running you guys are not reporting my true stream count. I have gone from over 300 a day regularly to between 6 -54 according to you guys. On stationhead it shows I am clearly streaming more that what you are reporting . Can you fix the error otherwise there is no need to keep the service🤔

Now this may be more on spotify because it consistently seems to be songs with music videos uploaded and the autoplaying previews just based on the random icons (which is a whole different dilemma), but there are random streams showing up despite me not listening to them or even clicking on the videos. I am the only person on my spotify account and their version of recently played reflects that I or anybody else did not listen to the songs. I do not want drake on my streaming profile just because I went to block his profile 😭

My streams are not recorded correctly In the Current Playing the song is correctly displaved, but that song never makes it into the Recent Streams. My Recent Streams basically is 1 song over and over, though that's incorrect After importing Spotify stats the previous davs are now correct, but still the current one ain't. And I don't want tc have to continuously import the Spotify stats by myself

I think it would be very fun to add a feature where you can select two (or more) dates (days, weeks, months, years) and compare the stats side by side. It would be really fun for people like me who like tracking how much music I’ve been listening to and if it’s more than I listen to this same day last year or same day last month!
