To preface, I had a lot of hype for this film. Director Daniel Goldhaber made one of my favorite movies, the delightful Cam (2018), and his eye for visuals remains awe-inspiring. I’m glad to say that same visual confidence applies here as well. Instead of neon pink cam-site imagery, we’re treated to TikTok doomscrolling interfaces, digital decay, and some striking red visuals.
