How to create realistic Cellf-Care goals that you can reach!

One of the best Cellf-Care goals to start with is to understand what Cellf is. The reason I’m spelling “cellf” C-E-L-L-F is to create the understanding that our body is made up of a body of cells. Therefore this is the cellf I am speaking of, the individual body, so to clarify, when I am referencing the word Cellf-care, it is from that perspective. As always, I encourage you to do your own research and receive new information for your brain to process. It is massively important to respect this aspect of who you are so that you can learn to operate more holistically. The body is a processor and its meant to consume information and digest it, just how we consume and digest our food.

Now that you have accepted this aspect of you, any goal you begin to create will become more realistic to Cellf. There are many aspects of cellf to consider so it’s important to be conscious of what type of goals you decide to accomplish first because you want to pick goals that are attainable. A realistic way to reach your Cellf-Care goals is to create categories for the type of Cellf-Care you need to focus on first or whichever needs immediate attention. Great examples of some Cellf-Care categories are financial, personal, work or emotional, etc. It is more reasonable to isolate time to each area of focus instead of focusing in many areas at once. Your brain can consume and digest information better in a structured flow. So by dividing your goals into intentional structures, it will help you produce more effective lifestyle habits.

Ready to step into creating realistic goals for your Cellf-Care, remember to be mindful as to how much you put on your plate to add and/or change things in your life. Remember your overall goal in life is to experience life, so remember it is meant to be taken at a pace that feels right for you and your body. Your level of joy placed on the experience will determine how much you will allow yourcellf to really receive those experiences that you have allowed into your life.

To achieve the best results out of your goals and it’s actual completion date, I recommend that you incorporated some fun intentional moment’s or adventures along the way. This will help fill your journey with even more happy experiences, that will provide additional nourishment to fuel your journey. Having fun moments during your journey’s are most impactful with long term goals because it will create the illusion of experiencing short journeys or short term goals within the long term goals. Since it is exciting to know when fun things are coming such as family vacations, trips to the mall or spa days, whatever gets you excited about your journey, make sure to include it as part of your goals. This is your path to walk alone and only you can make the conscious decisions for your happiness.

Lastly, to reach your goals within realistic time frames, it will help you to include other conscious minded individuals in your plans. And what I mean by this is to allow them to help promote your advancement as well as your learn to help promote their advancements as well. Opening the conversation about how you create your Cellf-Care goals are massive motivational steps for everyone involved. Seeing how others create their Cellf-Care will help allow you to improve current goals or areas of life that you may not have been paying attention to. Learning that your goals can be adjusted along the way to help you reach more realistic goals will help reduce or remove judgement forming ideals. Judgement Free zones are very big in the conscious communities and allow for the quickest lifestyle change.
