Absolutely stunning case. I've had 2 earlier models the C700P and the C700M I missed anniversary edition because it sold out so fast, I wasn't going to miss this one at all. This case is even MORE advanced than thte c700P. It allows you to hold up the video card with a dynamic shelf, the mother board can also slide, I used the slide above the case for the liquid cooling radiator that also slides!! There was even an extra fan to extract the heat behind the case for the cables.. the filters are all magnetic, the segregated powersupply area was more advanced than before and the dedicated metal covers for the cable management are top tier, this is a total upgrade! On the c700p the glass would also fall off, NOT this design, they have claps that are actually holding the glass door! WELL DONE!

    I've built in a lot of cases over the years, but the Cooler Master Cosmos Alpha is on a completely different level. From the moment it arrived, it was clear this wasn't just a case — it's a platform built for people who are serious about their builds.

    The sliding motherboard tray is a game-changer. Reconfiguring between air and liquid cooling layouts used to mean hours of frustration. Now it's genuinely painless, and being able to fine-tune the GPU distance from the side panel is a thoughtful touch I didn't know I needed until I had it. Same goes for the adjustable fan bracket — sliding it closer to your hottest components to dial in airflow feels like something every case should have offered years ago.

    The thermal headroom here is absurd in the best way. The two pre-installed 200x38mm fans move serious air out of the box, and knowing I can scale all the way up to 15 fans and a 420mm radiator means I'll never outgrow this case no matter how extreme my next upgrade gets.

    Compatibility is another huge win. E-ATX/EEB motherboard support, room for GPUs up to 400mm, a 240mm PSU bay, and seven tool-free drive bays — this thing swallows a full enthusiast build without breaking a sweat.

    If you're an overclocker, a modder, or just someone who refuses to compromise, the Cosmos Alpha is the answer. It's the apex of what FreeForm 2.0 is all about, and it absolutely earns that title. Highly recommended.

    I'll keep this review short. This case is gorgeous, but boy, is it quite a pain to work with.

    The good-

    The case itself is gorgeous. Sure, the grilles are the only spots where there is plastic (which I don't mind), but overall, the build quality is very solid. This thing is also incredibly customizable, with the whole free from 2.0 gimmick, you have a lot of options on how you want the layout to be. The doors also have a very simple lift mechanism, making putting on and taking off the side doors really easy, especially during building and maintenance. The case is also super spacious, so be prepared to have big things inside, otherwise it will look very empty.

    The bad-

    This thing by itself is heavy, and depending on what parts you get, this build, fully loaded, can weigh up to 70+ pounds. Making it a workout to just move. I already knew it would be one, but it's something to keep in mind.

    Free Form 2.0, while a really nice gimmick, has its issues. On the sliding motherboard tray, even when tightened still had movement, so when plugging in cables or trying to put my GPU in the mobo tray, it would slide back instead of staying in place. Also, the tray never really slid the best, either, which made the struggle a little worse.

    I'll probably add on to this review as I continue to upgrade my build, but as first impressions go. It's a stunningly huge case, even better in person. But be prepared to put on some elbow grease, you'll be fighting this case a lot more than actually building.
