I am a medical doctor with over 10 years of experience working in Psychiatry, and more than 20 years studying Psychology, Mind-Body Medicine, Nutrition, and Natural Health.
I believe the mind and body are deeply interconnected — everything we think, feel, eat, and experience influences our brain, nervous system, physical health, and mental wellbeing.
My approach combines evidence-based psychiatry, therapy, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and holistic mental health to help people better understand the root causes of anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, low mood, ADHD, stress, and emotional dysregulation.
Using practical, science-backed strategies, I aim to help reduce inflammation, regulate stress responses, improve resilience, support long-term health, and create a calmer, clearer, and more balanced mind and body.
