The front of house staff were super friendly, and the care from the optometrist Georgia was great, left me feeling at ease and provided expert care and explanations.

I've had two appointments with Dr Jeremy, the first for an eye check up and the second for putting on contact lenses.
Each session with Jeremy was productive, informative and I felt convinced that my eye care was in good hands. Dr Jeremy was patient with me, thorough in whatever needs to be done and answered my numerous questions as I was initially apprehensive about giving contact lenses a go. I also appreciated his suggestions and assistance in helping me to decide on new glasses.
I cannot recommend his services and this Eye Clinic enough. I walked away after the appointment feeling happy. Thanks Jeremy.

Very thorough and educational exam. I’ve had dry eyes for a long time and Billy has amazing machines which showed me things I hadn’t seen  before at other optometrist. The place inside look so modern as well. I really recommend this place!

After many years of seeking treatment for my dry eye condition, I found the Eyecare Project in a desperate, middle of the night Google search. I attended the clinic two days later and started IPL treatment following my assessment on the same day. My eyes, while still having a little way to go, are significantly improved and although Dr Georgia said in the initial consult I wouldn't feel any difference until after my 2nd treatment, my eyes already feel significantly better. On the first night I woke up with no pain in my eyes, something that has not happened for many years. I'm beyond happy, this treatment will be life changing for me. For the life of me i cannot understand why neither my optometrist, my ophthalmologist or the Opthalmic surgeon I have sought guidance from in the past did not tell me about this treatment. Thank you so much Georgia and Jeremy.

Recently visited this dry eye specialist store. And was impressed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff, extensive experience and their equipment. They also have a wide selection of glasses with pricing that is reasonable. The store is unique and stands out compared to another optometrist stores. I highly recommend seeing it for yourself.

Genuinely the best massage experience I’ve had. The customer service was exceptional and the massage itself was excellent. I was honestly a bit skeptical given they only have 5 star reviews… like perhaps it was too good to be true. But I was not disappointed at all. This will be my new go-to place. Thank you!!

The spa is beautifully decorated, and the massage room felt relaxing. Kim was very helpful and gave me a great massage that eased my muscle pain.

I come from a stressful work environment and years of playing sport with a number of historical injuries. In the past I visited osteos, physios, other massage professionals and have never had this kind of relaxed feeling! I no longer feel the chronic dull pain, that my old injuries gave and feel the stress I was holding in my body, has now finally left!

This salon is a true gem in Melbourne, and coco and her team just made my first visit unforgettable. 🥰🥰I tried their Valmont skincare treatment, which lasted 90 minutes, and every minute was a luxury. My skin was treated with such care, and the professionals there were both skilled and attentive. After the treatment, my skin was glowing, and my cheeks, which usually get red and sensitive, were calm and soothed.

I had an amazing experience at this beauty salon today with their Ultrasound Boost lifting treatment✨. I’ve tried the Titanium lift before, and while it worked great, the results didn’t last long enough. This time, I went for the Ultrasound Boost lift, which I’ve heard has more long-lasting effects. There was a slight discomfort on my forehead and chin, but everywhere else felt fine. I’m excited to see the results in a few days!

I almost don’t want to post this review because I want to keep Dr. Lisa and her team as my little secret! For the first time in my life (I’m 38), I’ve had a truly human-to-human experience at the dentist.

Dr. Lisa sat me down and took the time to genuinely get to know me and understand the reasons for my visit. She eased my nervousness by asking thoughtful questions about how I’d like the appointment to go. She truly put the power back in my hands and listened—something so rare these days.

The lovely hygienist was incredibly thorough and even offered numbing, something I’ve never been offered at other dental practices. The entire team was meticulous and took their time. I wasn’t rushed or treated like a number, as I’ve experienced in the past at other dental offices. Instead, I felt like my comfort was their highest priority.

Thank you, Dr. Lisa and team, for your kindness and care—it really made a world of difference!

I had an excellent remedial massage with Pui at Cheewa Aroma Remedial Thai. She is highly skilled, professional, and really understands the body. She carefully assessed my problem areas and used the right pressure and techniques to relieve my muscle pain and tension. I felt noticeable improvement immediately after the treatment.

The shop is clean, welcoming, and very professional. I highly recommend Pui if you are looking for a genuine therapeutic massage.

First time for me to visit Cheewa. Different service to other places I've been. Had a warm greetings, and the most important is they actually care for your pain! Booked for an hour but after consultation, Fon recommended to get 1.5 hours because this muscle needs more time. I had the service with Pui, she did explain what was actually happening with my body. Massage was on point (you know when you get the "good" pain). I am glad to find a massage place with knowledgable therapist. Definitely will come back!

P.S. place is very clean, has heated bed, clean sheets ❤️

I first met Daniel when caring for a client of mine whom I looked after through her intense dialysis treatment. Daniel's approach left me quite impressed - genuine in his compassion whilst treating the patient with dignity,  he informs, educates, and works on helping his patient improve in both body and mind. So when it came to me needing help with an injury, the decision was easy. As a patient of his, I have felt confident in Daniel's abilities not just in managing the current injury, but his perspective in helping me build awareness so I can take responsibility for my physical well being in times to come.  Some doctors and therapies create dependency, that is not what I have found in choosing to be a patient of Dr Daniel Woodstock.

Huge shoutout to Daniel! I came in with a really stubborn tibialis posterior issue that was making running painful and honestly pretty frustrating. After working with him, I’m now running completely pain-free again. 🙌

Daniel took the time to properly assess what was going on, treated the problem effectively, and explained what I needed to do to keep my legs strong and healthy. I’m so grateful to be back enjoying my runs instead of worrying about every step.

I’ll definitely be continuing with maintenance sessions to keep everything in check, especially with a few races coming up. If you’re a runner dealing with injuries or niggles, I can’t recommend Daniel highly enough. Absolute legend!

Daniel is great. He really takes the time to listen, delve deep and use a more holistic approach which I really appreciate and believe is necessary to improvement and change. My chronic migraines and headaches have significantly improved since seeing him! He tailors each individual session and I always leave feeling lighter and more aligned within myself and routine. I chose this clinic based on a friend’s recommendation and was treated by Dr. Stephen. Over the course of six months, I had two anti-aging treatments involving Botox and Ellansé, and I can honestly say I am unexpectedly satisfied with the results.

Dr. Stephen Korean doctor who takes a very conservative and professional approach. At first, he seemed a little reserved and never tried to push additional treatments or upsell me, which actually made me trust him more. He focused only on what was truly necessary and delivered exactly the results he promised. My face now looks natural, balanced, and much less anxious — my family has even commented that I look noticeably younger.

What surprised me most is that this has been the most cost-effective aesthetic experience I’ve had in years, with better results than treatments I spent much more on elsewhere.

I also want to thank the clinic team. During moments when I felt anxious late at night, the staff still took the time to reply and reassure me, which meant a lot emotionally.

I really wanted to love MOON SKIN & MAKEUP STUDIO because the salon is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming. But unfortunately, my lash extension experience left me really disappointed and honestly, a bit heartbroken.

Right after getting them done, they looked okay — not amazing, but fine. But as they started falling out, I realized they were also pulling out my natural lashes with them. I already had very few lashes, and now I’m left with even less. It was devastating. They used thick, heavy lashes that didn’t suit my fine natural ones at all. They felt synthetic and stiff — I could feel them every time I rubbed my eyes, and sometimes they even left tiny scratch marks. It was really uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe.

For the price I paid, I expected better. They clearly cut corners on the quality of the lashes, and it shows. It's such a shame because the service and space were great — but no matter how nice a salon looks, it doesn't make up for damage to your natural lashes. I won’t be coming back.

First time going to Mark and he was incredible. After not having my roots done for too long he absolutely nailed bringing me back to blonde. Happiest I’ve been after an appointment and have found my new hairdresser!!!

I actually won’t be getting a service by Mark and this will confuse a lot of people but this is why I’m giving this review 5 stars.

I have a great deal of difficulty expressing my needs when it comes to my hair and things around getting it coloured and cut because I have a genetic condition that effects my entire appearance. I also wanted something that I’d mistakenly thought was something Mark did a fair bit of, but I was actually mistaken.

In my opinion the very best hair dressers are the people who will openly say that they don’t really feel comfortable doing what you are asking for because they actually care about not just your hair but how much your hair can effect your mental health. To refer you to another salon, too, so that you’re not just left wondering what to do and where to go really capped off an amazing experience. It helped increase my confidence as I was so intensely anxious trying to explain what my hair was like and what could and couldn’t be done with it and Mark has validated me and left me feeling a lot less shaky and truly scared moving forward to find the right match. So based on that alone, I’m absolutely giving him five stars and would recommend him to everybody and anybody in the area. He’s just a dead set legend!

I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt truly listened to — and the result was exactly what I had envisioned (which almost never happens!). The level of talent and attention to detail from Mark was exceptional; every step was done with such skill and confidence that I knew I was in expert hands. I am a new patient at the clinic. I had a small window to get some fillings done before starting chemo and phoned in the hope of getting an appointment. The receptionist was amazing! She spoke to me at length about my treatment plan and literally said "we'll get this done". My fillings were a bit tricky so took a bit longer than expected. From the lovely Admin staff through to the Dental Doctors, they are a kind and beautiful team. Will be my dental clinic for life. Highly recommended.

I have visited 14 dentists in the last few years ,  each of whom was unable to resolve the issues , I had with a dental bridge after a traumatic car accident that resulted in the loss of teeth. I had visited countless specialists as well because my bite was causing discomfort with a poor fit bridge and also broken teeth  to the level of my gums literally . My gum health was not suitable for implants. Moreover I kept having persistent issues with my bite, until I came across Gentle  Dental on Facebook and booked an appointment initially attracted with the same day crown technology . Jennifer the receptionist , was extremely helpful and was able to find quick solutions before my leaving overseas . She also eased my financial issues with many options , thanks to her professionalism and solutions , I was able to book myself in . The new bridge fits perfectly and the most spectacular of all , it all worked in harmony with my natural teeth. For the first time in years, I can bite and chew without discomfort or hesitation. Dentist Anthony Lay and dental nurse Olivia , are the best team ever , and their support was seamless and comforting throughout the process, ensuring that every step was smooth and that my experience was completely free of  worry  .Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication have truly transformed my oral health and quality of my life.
