Vision:  Breaking Down The Vison Video Series

In a field like Europe where there is a legacy of churches and gospel presence, the emergence of pioneer fields can be counterintuitive.  We paint of picture of the kind of gospel access we are working towards.

Meaningful Access: Sample Lesson

We use this exercise with apprentices to show the how to pace and order the missionary task when working in multiple fields and how to prioritize work according to the responsiveness of those fields. 

Mapping The M-Task: Paul's First Journey

The 5 T's can be used for macro and micro planning.  We introduce it to apprentices as a part of their third year capstone project and it is a part of our comprehensive strategic framework for team leaders and segment catalysts.

The 5 T's of Strategic Planning

The Comprehensive Strategy Framework (CSF) challenges team leaders to think about the entirety of their euro field (about 8-10 million people).  It helps leaders think through their 3-5 year plan and their action steps for each quarter.

ADULT OPPORTUNITIES
 
Go Experience Trips 2025: 
Get a taste of the missionary task in one of our GoEx trips next year. You'll join groups from several churches to learn from IMB missionaries and their partners, and to assist them in local ministry.   
  
Open Trips:
Send a short-term team to help IMB missionaries push forward in the missionary task. 
  
Olympics 2026/2030/2032:
Volunteer with us for the 2026 Olympic Games in Italy, and the 2030 Games in France.
  
STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES
 
Summer Internships:
University students can join us across Europe for missions through education, community events, healthcare, and orphan care.  
  
Labs:
High schoolers are invited to summer labs to receive training from career missionaries and local partners and on-the-ground practice in the missionary task.  
 
Residencies:
Students and young adults can join an IMB team for a partially funded semester residency.
