I can’t recommend Ross highly enough. My daughter has been seeing him for upper back and shoulder pain, and the improvement she has made has been fantastic. Ross combines effective hands-on treatment with practical exercises that she can do at home, which has really helped her recovery. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens to her concerns, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome. His professional, friendly, and supportive approach has made a huge difference to her general comfort and recovery. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend Freedom Sports Medicine to anyone looking for an exceptional physiotherapist.

Freedom Sports Medicine have a very holistic approach to reaching long term life goals. They showed me soo much empathy, compassion and support through recovery from an Achilles rupture. The fact that this happened when I had a 5mo baby and 4yo made the struggle even harder. Freedom are very family friendly, they look at the whole picture of recovery and reaching life goals. Daniel, Ross and Sophia supported me through tears, anger and all the other emotions that come with losing the capacity to take care of your children. I recommend Freedom to anyone trying to get their movement and life back whilst also juggling a family 💕

Highly recommended I really appreciate the professional service from Ross at Freedom Sports Medicine as it has given me a lot of clarity and understanding around building up strength in my neck/shoulder/upper back area. Ross is easy going and a physiotherapy expert who has the experience and know how to make all clients feel important and valued. The strength building exercises I learned and do have helped a lot in my recovery and it’s empowering to be able to do on my own regularly, with correct technique, as these were recorded during training sessions. The program / therapy model and structure helps track progress and encourages a forward thinking approach. The premises is easy to get to with free parking opposite. I have always been able to get a spot! Also appreciate the home brewed tea!

Freedom is the best!! Ross & the team are so accommodating, kind and helpful. only in the beginning phases of my treatment, but already seeing results & have never felt so much empathy & understanding from a physio before. 100% recommend Freedom!!

Ross and the team at Freedom have helped me, former runner and now powerlifter, with a sporting-related knee (2019), shoulder (2024) and back issue (2025). For me, the results have been ideal, with full return to my sports with confidence. The structured approach is excellent, starting from 'make the pain go away', ending in 'fully address the underlying issues'. The progression of theraputic exercises given is very effective. In the end, after working with Freedom, I understand my body more about why I got the injury in the first place. I now have permanent strategies in place in my warm-up, cool-down and gym work that keeps me injury free.

I can't recommend Freedom physio enough. I had a telephone consultation with Ross, he was friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had previously had months of consultations with different physio's, and began to lose hope of a diagnosis and treatment. Ross diagnosed me within 10 minutes via video call. He was helpful and approachable. Would 100% recommend.
