Edgewater at Coasterra residents will enjoy two amenity centers. The Edgewater Amenity Center will feature a clubhouse and resort style pool and is expected to be completed in Summer of 2026. Club Coasterra will feature a larger clubhouse, resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, an event lawn, a lakeside pavallion, and more. Club Coasterra is expected to be completed in 2027 and will sit on a 65-acre lake.

What is the warranty?

David Weekley Homes offers a 1-year limited warranty for materials/workmanship plus the appliance manufacturers' warranties, a 2-year warranty on major mechanical systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and a 10-year warranty structural defect warranty.
