How long does it usually take for the package to arrive?
We ship from China. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. After shipment, the estimated delivery time is typically 10-15 business days.
Is the embroidery thread sufficient?
The embroidery thread is provided with an extra 30%.
If the thread is insufficient, we can provide a thread refill once (shipping fee to be borne by the customer).
Is DMC cross-stitch thread authentic?
