Works great, easy to apply and still holding up a year later!

I am so happy with this draft seal that I wanted to write a review. I placed it on the inside edge of my door so that when the door closes, the tape bends between the door and the frame. The seal is very flexible and seals my uneven gap perfectly - ranging from 2-3 mm at the top of the door to 1/2 inch at the bottom. This tape is 1 mm thick and even though it is flexible, it is very sturdy. So what was happening is the door was difficult to open because the tape was creating a lot of resistance. This is amazing if you have a door that you open occasionally. For a door that you use a few times a day, this was too much (ironically). I removed it and replaced it with a thinner tape from a different brand - now the door opens and closes easily. The sticky tape is insanely strong. On some part it took down the finish of the door. Bottom line, on a constantly used door I removed it after 5 months. On my other doors I am keeping it, probably for ever, because it seems this is how long it will last.

Worked great on my door and sealed the air that was coming through. Easy to use and after 6 months its still attached to the door frame.

I purchased the 20 foot length to help with gaps on the sides of a barn door I installed on a bathroom door in my houses master bedroom. It was a lot cheaper than other gap solving alternatives, and to me it looks great. Strong adhesive. I used the supplied adhesive primer wipes that are included with the kit before installing the product. With the 20 foot length I was able to do both sides of an 80 inch tall barn door and had a piece over 80 inches left over. The thickness I purchased was based on the gap I had to cover, but someone else might have a different gap size to fill. Measure and purchase accordingly. Great product!!!

Don’t hesitate on this product! I have an older 1950s house and the doors are all original. You can definitely feel air seeping through them and even see some gaps in some of the doors. Literally as I was putting this up on each outside door I could feel the air stop coming in and it get so much warmer inside. I just know we are going to start saving on our heat bill just from applying this to our three doors. I highly recommend this product. So easy to install as well!

Okay grip and works better on the door vs the windows. It is helpful keeping little insects blocked out from the crevices, though!

The Elvone T-Shaped Door Draft Stopper was very easy to install. The seal applied to the door is secure and durable. The transparent tape did not detract from the color of my door.

I used this product in two ways.

1- the slab on my front door does not make good contact with the weather stripping in the door jamb.

I ran a section of this T-shaped draft stopper to the length of my door and it works well. It cuts clean and fits well. Very low profile.

I will say that the product is made I f silicon, which attracts dirt and hair, so you have to be sure not to lie it on the ground before you hang it.

2- The second place I used this product was on the shower basin in the bathroom.

The basin provides a 2 inch lip, which the shower curtain frequently goes past and drops water onto the floor.

By placing the T strip on the basin, I added an additional inch to the height of the basin without adding much of a problem for people with disabilities to clear with their foot.

Less water goes in the floor because the shower curtain stays in the basin better.

Easy to use, fastening glue well worked, quality product and value for money !!

Good Product

This comes as advertised. The stickiness is very good and the size is also as advertise. Used it for my bathroom door as the it was sliding out and the water used to come out of the shower area. Did NOT function as well as the original but still better than what is given out there (I have tried others). The quality is good and so far it has stuck to the door.
