How long will the order take to arrive?

We usually ship within 24 hours, and the product can be delivered within 4-7 working days after shipment. Please note that international destinations may have different delivery times.

How can I track an order?

After the order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can view the logistics information of your order through our website, or through the logistics provider's official website.

How to check the delivery date of the scooter?

The logistics provider will not display the specific delivery date. The specific delivery date depends on your local logistics policy.

Why does the scooter show that it has been delivered, but I haven't received it?

If you click on the confirmation receipt on the website, our system will automatically determine that you have received the scooter. But in fact, the scooter will still be transported, so you can track it through the logistics tracking number in the shipping notification email.

Where does Kukirin ship from?

We have warehouses in Poland, Germany and China.

Scooters are usually shipped from the Polish warehouse, and a small number of accessories are shipped from the Chinese warehouse.


Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

Our shipments are delivered with duties and taxes unpaid.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

Typically, you should receive an email containing your order number as soon as your order has been successfully paid for. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please consider the following potential issues:

Payment Confirmation: Double-check that your order payment was completed successfully. If the payment didn't go through, the order confirmation email may not have been triggered.

I’m not sure if my order was successful, what do I do?

If you're uncertain about whether your order was successfully paid for, please check your payment account for a confirmed charge associated with your order. Remember that a pending charge does not indicate a confirmed payment.

Why are my orders sometimes shipped in separate shipments?

When you place an order for multiple products, it's possible that these items are stored in different warehouses. To ensure the swift delivery of your entire order, we make use of the available products in the nearest warehouse. This way, you can receive some of your items promptly, even if the entire order isn't stored in a single location. Rest assured, our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible while minimizing delays.

What are pre-orders?

Pre-order allows you to purchase items that are temporarily out of stock or planned to arrive in stock due to unexpected demand. kukirin escooter can move pretty fast—so pre-ordering ensures you’ll get the style you like in your size and color. Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

How do I know if an item is pre-order?

Pre-order is available on select products on kukirin. All pre-order items are clearly labeled as “PRE-ORDER” on the product page.

When will a pre-order item ship?

If you choose a pre-order item, you can find the estimated shipping time on the product page. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information letting you know it’s on its way to you.

What are the shipping options with pre-order?

Pre-order items are eligible for standard shipping. At this time, we are not able to apply expedited shipping to your pre-order.
