Shipping Orders Pre-order Guide Support
We usually ship within 24 hours, and the product can be delivered within 4-7 working days after shipment. Please note that international destinations may have different delivery times.
After the order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can view the logistics information of your order through our website, or through the logistics provider's official website.

The logistics provider will not display the specific delivery date. The specific delivery date depends on your local logistics policy.
If you click on the confirmation receipt on the website, our system will automatically determine that you have received the scooter. But in fact, the scooter will still be transported, so you can track it through the logistics tracking number in the shipping notification email.
We have warehouses in Poland, Germany and China.
Scooters are usually shipped from the Polish warehouse, and a small number of accessories are shipped from the Chinese warehouse.
Our shipments are delivered with duties and taxes unpaid.

When you place an order for multiple products, it's possible that these items are stored in different warehouses. To ensure the swift delivery of your entire order, we make use of the available products in the nearest warehouse. This way, you can receive some of your items promptly, even if the entire order isn't stored in a single location. Rest assured, our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible while minimizing delays.
Pre-order allows you to purchase items that are temporarily out of stock or planned to arrive in stock due to unexpected demand. kukirin escooter can move pretty fast—so pre-ordering ensures you’ll get the style you like in your size and color. Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
Pre-order is available on select products on kukirin. All pre-order items are clearly labeled as “PRE-ORDER” on the product page.
If you choose a pre-order item, you can find the estimated shipping time on the product page. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information letting you know it’s on its way to you.
Pre-order items are eligible for standard shipping. At this time, we are not able to apply expedited shipping to your pre-order.
