What happens when brand intelligence is shaped by story, meaning and trust? In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I sat down with Scott Kelly CEO of BlackDogCEO to explore life, leadership, business, investing and entrepreneurship from the inside out, and this conversation became a fascinating reflection on what it actually takes to survive and evolve across decades of change. What stood out immediately was Scott’s honesty around risk, resilience and adaptation. He has seen industries rise, collapse, reinvent themselves and come back stronger. In a world full of conflict, there has to be a better way, one that focuses on your own response, not the behaviour of others. This felt like a very timely episode of Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast.
