A few weeks ago, we hit pause on the usual pace of work and came together in Thailand for LinkUp 2026 🌴 What followed was a week full of big ideas, honest and vulnerable conversations, unexpected moments, and a whole lot of fun. There were sessions that challenged the way we think about leadership, creativity, AI, growth, and the future. Ben Crowe shared perspectives that sparked a lot of reflection long after the session ended. There were new connections formed across teams and countries, and space to genuinely reconnect as people. And then there were the moments that probably won’t make it into the strategy docs 🙃 The decathlon rivalries. The LinkUp leisure day adventures. The dance floor energy at the welcome party & finale. The whole experience was a reminder that building a great company is about more than just the work. It’s about creating space for people to connect, learn, celebrate, and genuinely enjoy doing it together 💚

PT No último mês estive em Cebu, nas Filipinas, com nosso time de CS, e foi daqueles momentos que ajudam a colocar muita coisa em perspectiva. Conduzi algumas sessões de escuta para criar espaço para os agentes compartilharem o que está funcionando, o que não está, e onde podemos melhorar. Vieram muitos insights importantes (e bem honestos). Também seguimos evoluindo nosso trabalho de Best Practices, com foco em tornar o atendimento mais consistente, personalizado, prático e alinhado com a realidade do time. Em paralelo, estamos investindo na melhoria dos nossos processos de QA, para que sejam mais claros, justos e realmente úteis no dia a dia. O que mais me marcou nessa experiência foi o nível de abertura e engajamento do time, que tive o prazer de conhecer pessoalmente. Reforça que as melhorias mais significativas vêm de estar próximo e se conectar com quem faz o trabalho acontecer. 💚 Orgulho do que estamos construindo no CS da Linktree EN Last month I spent some time in Cebu, Philippines, with our CS team, and it was one of those moments that really puts things into perspective. We ran a series of listening sessions, creating space for agents to openly share what’s working, what’s not, and where we can do better. A lot of valuable (and honest) feedback came out of those conversations. We also continued building on our Best Practice work, focusing on making support more consistent, thoughtful, and practical for the team, and personalized for our customers. At the same time, we’re putting real effort into improving our QA processes so they feel clearer, fairer, and actually useful in day-to-day work. What stood out the most to me was how engaged and open the team was. It’s a good reminder that the best improvements come from being close and connecting with the amazing people doing the work. 💚 So proud of everything we're building in CS Linktree

When we take time away from our screens, we create space to learn practical life skills. For Women’s History Month, our team took part in self-defense training led by our resident black belt and their Jiu-Jitsu partners. We learned practical techniques and built stronger street confidence we can carry with us every day. In honor of American Heart Month and the upcoming Heart Week in Australia, we also focused on CPR training to learn how to respond in high-pressure moments and support others when they need us most. Here’s our team learning in action.
