Our Founder & CEO Mike Fiebach recently had the privilege of taking part in a panel discussion, "Redefining Superfans: Building Sustainable Fandom in a Monetization-Focused Industry," as part of Cardozo School of Law's Entertainment Law Week. The conversation tackled pressing questions at the crossroads of entertainment, D2C, technology, and law, touching on fan data ownership, platform accountability, acquisition strategies, and frameworks for ethical monetization. Mike was joined by Erin Singleton (Founder & CEO, Softside) and Robert Piper (Labor Relations Manager, Disney Theatrical Group), and together they examined the vital role that superfans play across their respective industries.
