Innovation 🤝 Grassroots football 🇭🇺 Last week we were in Budapest for this year’s Champions Innovate showcase event, delivered together with the Hungarian Football Federation, who have played a key role in supporting startups locally. ⬇️ What is Champions Innovate? ⚽ The programme connects innovative startups with the host national association of the UEFA Champions League final, all in pursuit of one goal: to create a positive legacy for the game beyond the final itself. 🗓️ This year, we were joined by Giorgio Chiellini, Sami Khedira, Julia Simic and Gera Zoltán, as startups showcased solutions designed to strengthen grassroots communities, promote positive behaviours and support strong role models in football. Meet the startups: ⬇️ CoachMate – Resources and guidance for the adults shaping children’s football experiences PACETEQ GmbH – Data‑driven insights to help coaches improve communication beyond technical skills The Well HQ – Training female health champions as mentors to improve girls’ football experiences Futbolea – Structured feedback from families, players and coaches to improve grassroots football culture ➡️ Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/ebZJUJ2N
