To be honest, it has been a while since I have seen this movie. Furthermore, I have to admit that I always had some rather mixed feelings about Jean-Luc Godard. Godard doesn't have any certain style but he constantly uses and examines new ideas and methods when he is making films. His characters may suddenly wander off the screen and scenes sometimes suddenly change colors. Some igorant people might think that these are just pretentious tricks but they couldn't be any more wrong. Godard's film doesn't have any unnecessary scenes and his methods make his films"
