I’m hoping someone from the Programiz team is here or someone can point me in the right direction because I am completely stuck.
I bought a Lifetime Subscription to Programiz Pro a while ago and have completed several courses. Originally, I created my account using a GitHub login. Recently, I decided to link my Google account to that same profile. Since doing that, my account has been completely wiped. My lifetime Pro access is gone, all my course progression has disappeared, and my certifications are missing.
I tried to reach out to support, but I cannot even raise a ticket. Every time I try to submit the contact form, their ticketing system throws this backend error and blocks the submission:
Since your helpdesk is currently down and rejecting tickets, I have no way to get this fixed through the normal channels.
If there is a community manager or support staff member monitoring this subreddit, could you please DM me or let me know the best way to get in touch? I just want to restore my original account data.
