Our Black & White shake blends Jersey Dairy vanilla frozen custard with rich chocolate sauce. It’s smooth, creamy, and brings together two classic flavours for the ultimate milkshake.
We use lightly toasted potato buns made with Wildfarmed flour. They’re slightly sweet, fluffy, and designed to hold all the good stuff together.
A Concrete is Shake Shack’s thick frozen custard typically blended with brownies, sauces and other sweet mix-ins for an ultra-rich, spoonable dessert. Concretes are available at select Shacks only, including our Union Shack Concrete where 5% of sales support a local charity.
Our frozen custard is a richer, creamier version of ice cream made fresh in Shack using milk, cream, real cane sugar and egg yolk. It’s served in cups or cones in vanilla or chocolate flavour. It’s also the base for our shakes and used in our floats.
