This mini PC is now the brain of my home office and living room. For work: it flies through dozens of browser tabs, spreadsheets, and video calls without a hiccup. I am using the KAMRUI AK1PLUS for my home theater; my old Mini-PC could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Speaking of Windows 11, I was surprised the first time I turned on the PC, Windows 11 popped up to my screen. I do not believe Windows 11 was noted in the product description, so this was an excellent boon!

Fast booting PC with Wi-Fi and is ultra silent. It comes with a power supply and has two HDMI ports for connecting to a monitor or HDTV. In addition, it has sharp 4K graphics. There are ample USB ports (USB 3.0 x 2 & USB 2.0 x 2) on the side and back of the unit. Also, I still have 2.5" SSD Hard Drives from past computers, and this Mini PC allows the use of this form factor, which is hard to find in a Mini PC these days. Access to the 2.5’ SSD compartment is easy and allows for fast installation of the drive. The 2.5" SSD supports up a maximum of 2TB. Overall, excellent value and I am happy with the purchase.

Been using this mini PC with the AMD Ryzen R2544 for a while now, and honestly it works better than I expected. I mainly use it for work, watching videos, and some light gaming, and everything runs pretty smooth with no obvious lag.

It stays quiet and doesn’t get too hot even after running for hours, which I like. The size is also a big plus since it doesn’t take up much space on my desk.

Ports are enough for my daily use, and setup was easy. Overall it’s just a solid little PC that gets the job done without any hassle.

As an IT guy, I've tested many mini PCs. This unit with the 6800H sets a new standard for the category. The CPU+GPU combo offers the best price-to-performance ratio in its class right now. The thermal design is competent, avoiding the aggressive throttling seen in some competitors. I appreciate the user-upgradeable RAM and SSD slots, which extend its lifespan. It's an ideal solution for digital signage, office deployments, or as a developer's secondary machine. Reliable, powerful, and efficient. A top-tier choice in the mini PC space.

In a word I love it! Loads instantly, very unlike my old HP win 10 machine. The accessory housing mounts a SSD, for back up. I am very glad I bought it. Also the cheapest computer I have ever bought. I should not call it cheap, it seems to be very high quality, has operated flawlessly ever since I bought it. Perhaps the most cost effective.

I do on fortunately very rare occasions hear the PRF from radar. I can see west loch at Pearl harbor from my desk, several miles away. On occasion the ship radar is not blanked when it scans the shore as required, so I hear it on the

computer audio, as well as my clock radio. I am very familiar with this, I was a radar tech in the AF.

Computer was fine, for about a month. Now it keeps crashing. Screen will randomly go black, reboots randomly. And now it won’t stay connected to any internet source (not my home WiFi or cell hotspot). The internet is fine, it’s the computer. All I use on this computer is chrome, adobe reader, and excel. It’s not like I’m using it as a gaming computer.

I thought it was great at first, the size is so small and perfect to sit on the desk behind the monitor, and it really was just a plug and play situation, but there is no reason why it should be acting up like this so early from the start. It cost way too much for these issues. It ran really fast compared to the computer I was coming from, but now at this point it is proving to be useless and I’m literally just days outside of the return window. This just started now that I can’t return it. So aggravating to lose hundreds of dollars for no reason.

Now the computer won’t come back on at all. After multiple attempts to contact support, I finally get someone on the phone and they sound so far away from their phone I can’t understand a word they’re saying. Now the call dropped, and the call won’t go through to the number again, saying the call can’t be completed as dialed. Even more frustrated now.

I bought this for sims 4. I primarily run it on low end or medium-high graphics setting. Low end is perfect if you’re not big into CCs or mods (but if you do use them they tend to be pixel-y). I’m not gonna pretend it can do or handle all the things a regular gaming pc or laptop can. Sometimes when I run medium high graphics the CPU (?) throttles and black screens me (idk not a computer savvy person). So I would suggest getting a mini pc fan along with it, it’s made my game play easier when I introduced it. (Sometimes it isn’t enough, my little fan was cheap might get better one in the future, so I also additionally use a standing fan on max speed and it helps too LOL). Sims is a very demanding game.

I had other steam games such as Moonstone Island, Moonlighter, and Potion Permit and it runs those games with no issue.

I can do basic things like searching the web, writing, music etc. just be prepared in case you were thinking of using this as a gaming pc alone. But for now I love it and I’m happy. (I still plan to get a laptop at some point.)

Good little PC, works better than I expected. I give it four stars because I did upgrade the wifi card, changed out the sata ssd and got rid of windows 11 as I was having issues with a dual monitor setup. The second monitor would just blink. So I put Linux Mint on it and works just fine with dual monitors, no issues after 2 months of use.
