Stigmata
By AJ O’Brien.
I walk beneath a shadow
upon this dark road.
My soul is not worthy
send me back
and stop this ancient bleeding.
Golgotha, I’m upon my knees
Forgive me
for I have sinned.
I bleed I am mortal
I Love you.

Belongs dark this madness
By AJ O’Brien.
Keep on swinging
she’s corrupted, insane.
Don’t stop now
break down the barriers,
until you kill her pain.
Fight your way on through
a soul lost you’re seeking.
Cleanse those wicked veins
and don’t listen to the words,
it’s only her killer speaking.
Lock the hunger down
barricade the door.
Let her plead
let her scream and beg,
she ain’t getting no more.
Animal Heaven
By AJ O’Brien.
Where dogs ride little green bikes
and take kittens for a ride,
and when the sun goes down
Lions and deer lay side by side.
Where every Friday foxes gather,
along with hamsters and chickens,
upon a cloud of silken white
and discuss the works of Charles Dickens.
Where bats have 20/20 vision
and giraffes never get sore throats,
Grizzly bears wear nose pegs
when dancing with smelly goats.
Where horses only ever trot
and snakes are never mean,
all frogs have a leg on each corner
and cows sing in fields of green.
Where all the ants are named Eric
and ducks wear little blue hats,
dolphins sunbathe on the beach
and penguins are super acrobats.
Where tigers drink red wine
and spiders weave webs of gold,
fish swim and are never caught
and polar bears never feel cold.
Animal Heaven is where
when their time has come,
all God’s creatures go
and do nothing, but have fun.
Stand and fight
By AJ O’Brien.
Part Four
Molly holds a dagger
heavy and cold,
a gift from the monster
a knife of pure gold.
The dagger is poised
upon Molly’s breast
she needs only to push,
to find eternal rest.
Something awakens Polly
her eyes jump open,
Molly’s in trouble
an absolute fact unspoken.
She looks across
heart filled with dread
Oh my God,
and leaps from her bed.
Just in time
she grabs the knife
and pulls it away,
saving Molly’s young life.
And then the monster appears
he’s big and bad,
his yellow eyes aglow
the beast is really mad.
He bends down
reaches for Polly’s hair
lifts her up high,
such pain she cannot bare.
Molly screamed at Polly
The knife use the knife
Kill it Polly Kill it.
End it’s wicked life.
Polly hears her sister
and holding the weapon high,
she plunges the golden dagger
through the monster’s left eye.
The room grows cold
Polly falls to the floor,
the monster stands still
and releases a terrible roar.
He staggers forward
then falls to his knees,
Help me Help me
the dying monster pleads.
And then he ignites
from head to toe
a ball of angry flames,
death is painful and slow.
The flames die out
what’s left grows cold,
a pile of black ash
and a dagger of gold.
Beneath the rising sun
they bury the monster’s remains,
along with the golden knife
In a box locked with chains.
And from that day until this
to the girls delight,
the monster never returned.
And Molly’s hair? It’s still pure white.
The End
Stand and fight
By AJ O’Brien.
Part Three
Polly hugs her sister
in a loving embrace,
and weeps tears
upon Molly’s monster face.
Molly suddenly grabs Polly
and holds her sister tight.
Polly’s tears of love
drown Molly’s tears of hate,
and for the monster within
It’s now to late.
Molly’s heart of darkness
fills with God’s light
and from deep within
she begins to fight.
Suddenly the lights explode
windows crack and rattle,
the door slams shut.
The monster’s losing the battle.
Dark voices begin to whisper
the girls hold each other tight,
red mist fills the room
and then all becomes quite.
The voices cease
the mist slowly disappears,
the girls are all alone
alone with their fears.
A short time later
Polly awakes in bed,
and Looks across the room
Molly’s there. She’s not dead.
She’s fast asleep
but oh what a sight,
Molly’s beautiful red hair
Is still totally white.
Polly goes to her sister
and shakes her awake,
tells her about the nightmare
the dream full of hate.
But Polly, it was your dream
your awful nightmare.
How can that do this
to my hair?
Polly begins to cry
she takes her sister’s hand,
I’m so sorry Molly
I just don’t understand.
That night in bed
Polly eventually slept,
but Molly lay awake
and quietly wept.
Wept tiny red spiders
from the corner of her eyes
that scurried into her hair
as she whispered her goodbyes.
The monster had never left
he was there all the time,
Inside Molly’s mind
and midnight the clock did chime.
From inside her head
the monster has spoken,
what he had to say
left Molly’s heart broken.
Either she or Polly
tonight must die
Molly’s choice entirely
the hour is nigh.
End of part three.
