Vendor Application - Application deadline is August 28, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed as space is available after all the applications submitted prior to August 28 are reviewed and juried.
Sponsor Application - Sponsor application deadline is October 23, 2026. No guarantee for inclusion in print materials for applications submitted after the deadline. Sponsors may hand out promotional materials, no onsite sales. Non-City businesses may only participate as a sponsor. Verify if your business is inside the City using one of several methods on our Address Finder.
Event Sponsorship Tiers
- Presenting Sponsor - $3,000
- Sponsor - $1,500
- Children's Activity Sponsor - $300 per day

Holiday Gift & Craft Show Vendor Types
Holiday Gift and Craft Show vendor types differ from regular merchant and crafter definitions. Applications for this event are juried for vendors selling unique holiday gifts and crafts. City businesses that meet event and jurying criteria are welcome to apply.
- Crafters/Artisan Vendor (priority consideration)
- Vendors selling items conceived, designed, and created by the applicant. The use of commercially produced components is permitted when they do not make up the main character or majority of the finished item. The creative work of the artist is clearly the primary element.
- HGCS Merchant/Non-Handmade Vendor (secondary consideration)
- Vendors selling items where the creative work of the artist is not the primary element of the items to be sold or the items are conceived and designed by you but manufactured by a third party.
- Not Permitted
- Items assembled from premade kits, wholesale or resale items purchased from a third party, mass-produced items, or flea-market items.
