SERFF MODERNIZATION PROJECT UNDERWAY

The SERFF Modernization project is a multi-year initiative aimed at transitioning the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) to a modern technology platform. This project includes the development of new and significantly improved features to enhance user experience and efficiency. By leveraging the latest technologies, the modernization effort seeks to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and provide a more intuitive interface for users. This will ultimately lead to faster and more accurate filings, benefiting both regulators and the insurance industry.

The PRL application shown in the Resources section on the right is being decommissioned and will no longer be available after June 30, 2026.
