These are very easy to use. They do drip a little bit of water as you’re trying to get them in the freezer but that’s the only drawback.

this warped in the dishwasher which may be my bad if I didn't read the instructions well enough but even so they are difficult to get out of the tray. You can find similar ones at TJ maxx for cheaper

Not a good design. Ice doesn’t break like traditional ice tray. Difficult to remove ice from the opening. So you can’t actually get the ice out. Forces you to open the top tray and make a mess of everything. The tool to push the ice through freezes and can not move. Pointless ice tray

The concept of this ice cube tray is great, but there were a lot of little problems that make it a nuisance to use. It sounds nitpicky altogether, but when you just want to have some ice for your drink and you have to put up with all these things to get it, it makes me wish I’d just gotten the old fashioned trays and covered them in plastic wrap.

Pros: the design is really cool. I wanted a covered ice tray that could also store ice if needed for my office. The plastic storage container fits all the ice cubes it makes while still allowing them to move around and shake out of the hole at the bottom. I’m only using this a couple times a day in an insulated water bottle, so it’s plenty of ice for my needs. At the end of each day I toss the few extras in a plastic bag and refill the tray with water for the next day.

Cons: the ice expands and freezes solid into the tray. The tray itself is very durable. Way too tough to wiggle your ice out, though. The silicone freezes solid with the expanded ice, so you can’t push it out. True, there is a pokey tool to push the ice out, but the ice gets so stuck in there that you can’t get the poking tool to work without really pushing it onto the tray hard. Which now compromises the plastic tray on top since you have to press it so hard. While trying to push the ice out, I put a chip in the lid. Still works for now, but it’s only a matter of time before I’ve cracked the thing and it’s broken for real.

The plastic lid also gets full of condensation and freezes onto the tray. Not a huge deal, but again, these are little annoyances that add up. The lid gets so covered in condensed water-turned-ice that I can’t see inside to see if the ice is done freezing.

I love the feature of the hole for the ice to drop out of the side of the lid. If there’s a lot of ice, it can get jammed up, but a little shake will get them moving again. The problem I’ve had is the plug is now loose after 5 or 6 uses, so it randomly comes out when I’m trying to loosen the ice from the tray. As I’m pressing the poking tool in there, my precious ice may also shoot out onto the floor.

I’ll keep using it until the lid inevitably breaks, but I wish I’d paid a little more for a more flexible version that let me twist the ice out. Not sure how to avoid cracking the lid.

I saw these ice trays through Instagram and decided to give them a shot, since I was sick of the constant spilling and leaking with other trays I have tried. I was skeptical at first, but the product works great. No leaking and the easy release mechanism is truly easy. I like how these little trays look, how easy they are to use, and they fit great in my freezer. I would recommend two trays so that one ice can be prepped while the other tray is in use.

Cubes come out very easily and freezing time is not terribly long. Careful taking the lid off to grab cubes as it can sometimes freeze to the seal making it difficult to open.

Was nice while we got to use it. Unfortunate event as it ended up in dishwasher and warped.

Works okay, but still leaks as you’re putting it in the freezer and takes up more space than a regular ice tray, so it takes away a bit of the point. Probably would try a different one if I was buying again.

RECOMENDABLE

The rubber was stained. Almost like an used ice tray was shipped out. I missed the return date so I put bleach on it but couldn't get the brown stain out. I ended up throwing it out a few days ago.

I put the ice cube tray in the dishwasher before using it for the first time. The lid warped, and the rubber was also damaged in the machine.

Sits a little high for where I was going to store it but otherwise I am quite happy with it. Works as described.

Recibí mi producto hace una semana y lo hemos estado probando, pero no funciona en su totalidad. Al llenar de agua el contenedor, aunque intentamos que se quedara en los cubos; el agua que llega a quedar fuera de su lugar, al momento de congelarse impide que el mecanismo de empujar hielos salga. Tampoco se atora en su totalidad la tapa de plástico transparente con la de silicona. No lo recomiendo.
