The Bedsure Memory Foam Dog Bed is a fantastic product.

MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS itself has 2 parts being the blue one the actual memory foam. Our pup simply loves his bed, which sits inside his crate, and will many times during day lay down for naps. The mattress is very comfortable!

LIQUID-PROOF COVER For starters, the memory foam mattress has the liquid-proof zippered cover which when accidents happen, will NOT sold the foam mattress and can easily be wiped clean.This zippered cover is a perfect fit for the mattress, not too stretched not oversized.

OUTSIDE FABRIC COVER is also very soft and comfortable. Accidents happen and when they do, all it takes is to throw it in the washer, then dryer and in a few minutes, it's back to new. Before this one, every mattress cover we've ever washed comes out of the dryer shrunk, smaller and more difficult to slip back on. Not this one! Every wash and dry it comes out just like when it was brand new, easy to fit, easy to zip and wash.

We highly recommend the Bedsure Memory Foam Dog Bed wether as a standalone bed for your pet or as a bed for our pup's crate. This is our 2nd purchase, both holding up remarkably.

Purchased this bed because I had a small footrest under my desk that my kittens fought to sleep on. I needed something larger with firm memory foam that would also be good for my feet and for my cats spines; this bed did the trick. The kitties also needed something with a cooler fabric temperature (my cats strongly dislike plush and Sherpa for sleeping). This is not plushy... it's more flat and silky.

Pros:

- exact size as described

- soft material that's cool to touch

- two layers of memory foam, not egg carton shaped

- 3 inches thick, so it doesn't sink easily with two cats in the same spot

- removable cover, easy to get on/off

- no strong scent when first opened

-came packed well, clean/new, shipping was on time and handled carefully

Cons:

- it came wrapped tightly, as most memory foam products do, but it did take a few hours to fully expand and firm up. Had to step on it every now and again because there was a bend in the center that took a while to flatten out. Not really a big deal to me, but it might be to other people.

- there is an anti-slip bottom, it does work well but sometimes the bed does shift with quick motions, so I wouldn't necessarily say it's going to stay perfectly in place if you have animals running/jumping on it.

- it is 3 inches of memory foam which is perfect for our use of it, but I don't think this is firm enough for anyone needing a stiffer type of memory foam. This bed is more on the medium-soft to soft side, and it will likely sink easily with heavier animals. I barely put my weight on it while moving some things around and my hand went straight to the floor squishing the foam. Again, this doesn't bother me because my kittens are lightweight and in good health, and I don't notice any serious dips in the material when they lay on it, but it could be an issue for anyone with heavier pets requiring stiffer beds for orthopedic or post-surgery needs. Just a thought.

I love this bed!! It looks great and feels great, and a good price for this quality! The foam feels like it will hold up for a long time. The washable cover is well made and fits the foam cushion nicely, it looks very tailored. The foam is nice & dense for a comfortable place to sleep or just hang out. Also good for aging dogs & achy joints, no uncomfortable pressure points to worry about. The large size can fit our two 25-30 lb dogs if they curl up side by side, but I bought an extra one to give them more room to spread out. I read a few other reviews where they said it took awhile for the foam to spring into shape after shipping, but I didn't have this problem at all. My 2 beds were ordered a few months apart and I had the same good experience with both of them. Mine did arrive all scrunched up in a small box for shipping, but they puffed up within probably an hour or less.

UPDATE: Bedsure was very quick to respond to my complaint in a fair manner. They thoroughly explained the upgrade to the item. This changed my rating from a "1" to a "4." Excellent customer service.

I purchased two of these beds in the past month.

The first one I bought was a used bed with no issues. It came with the inner memory foam (blue cooling on one side and egg-crate white foam on the other,) the cover, and an inner waterproof zippered protector for the memory foam.

The second one I bought came with the same excluding the inner waterproof zippered protector.

Expecting the liner, I contacted BedSure and they said it was due to "product iteration." They also explained "In theory, it protects your mattress from various types of stains and to keep water automatically roll down. However in our lab test, the liquid is always to be handled with very soon. So the result comes out no problem.

In practical application, we are also expected to deal with the liquid in time. If keep it there for a long time, it is possible that it will gradually penetrate, due to only one layer of waterproof material on the surface."

So...if the dog has an accident overnight while the family is sleeping it could easily ruin the memory foam, which is not washable.

Not pleased with this changed. If something does happen, I will be looking for an alternative bed that comes with an inner waterproof liner elsewhere.

So far me and my dog are very happy with this pet bed. Its very easy to take the cover off and clean. Zips back on very easily (unlike some I've had in the past especially unlined egg crate). I like that it has liner for the gel foam mattress portion so that the foam stays clean and it makes it easier to put the outer cover over it. The outside has a nice soft velour feel, also easy to vacuum and wipe down. I was concerned with how it would fit my dog's crate. (Ours is not the wire box type crate. Its more like a travel crate.) The medium fit perfectly in my large size enclosed dog crate. I don't hear my dog up and down at night anymore too so he must be getting a nice sleep. Finally found a dog bed that everyone is happy with!

My dog took to this right away and seems to be comfortable. I bought it to use when we travel, as he is now getting older and I think to be comfortable he needs more than just the thin travel mat we were using before. It is a nice thickness, more than enough to cushion him from hard floors. The outside cover seems like it will continue to be easy to remove and replace, if needed, and I like that there is the gripping material on the bottom so it doesn't slip around on hardwood floors. I also appreciate that there is a waterproof liner. I did get it on the slightly smaller side than I would have purchased for a bed at home, but the large size works for travel. He can't quite stretch out on his side without being partially off the bed, but he manages. He is a lab mix, almost 70 pounds, and about 31 inches from collar to base of tail. If you're looking for a bed at home, I would recommend the XL size for a dog like him, but the large will work for our purposes. Definitely a great value for the price.

My dog loves it! This is her second one. I also use it for the car rides where I put it in the floor and helps her relax.

This fits well in the crate and is comfortable for my dog. However, the first time I washed the cover & put it back on, the zipper broke. It wasn’t a big deal until my foster dog had an accident & I went to wash it. I am unable to put the cover back on because the zipper cannot zip it back on.

Es la segunda cama de esta marca que compro y no me arrepiento de haberla encontrado, tienen la ventaja que el colchon interno tiene una funda semi impermeable, ya que puedes abrir el cierre, retirar y lavar solo la funda exterior (la mayoría del tiempo) a menos que se haga pipi tu perrito ahí si hay que lavar todo. A pesar de eso es de muy buen material la tela, buen tamaño y cómoda, sin duda la mejor inversión para tu perrito.

Muy bonita, muy cómoda. Les gustó mucho a mis perros. Si tienes espacio y dinero, mejor compra la extra grande. Aunque la grande funciona bien para razas medianas.
