One thing that i wish i knew was if the miniTV could display multiple gifs (since there is a key combination that literally says "Switch images") but it turns out that only 1 gif and the epomaker logo can be shown so yeah.

The keyboard is good, nice sound, got the one with flamingo switches and it feels amazing. The only problem i could find about the keyboard is not with the keyboard, but with the software, its half-baked, if i set it to start as an admin on windows startup (or even within the software) it just doesnt start, i always have to manually start it up so i can finally get my weather temperature to show, but then, if i want my cpu usage to also show up, i have to manually synchronize it, the software can bug out from time to time if i connect the cable while the 2.4 Ghz mode is still active. Luckily these things can be sorted out with updates.

I love it ! But the battery life for wireless mode doesn’t last the 8 hours of my work shift if I have the lights on so if you’re looking for something more wireless this might not be the one for you unless you don’t mind keeping the lights off however it’s super cute

I love this keyboard and the sound it makes. Very soothing when typing. I like the creamy sound of a keyboard and it works great the only thing is that the number 7 and the ampersand sign doesn’t work so I have to use the short cut to have it pop up. i would definitely recommend.

this keyboard has a plethora of problems. when i originally got it, i was very excited because it’s a cute keyboard and i loved the feel of it along with the features like backlighting and the screen. unfortunately, this excitement didn’t last long.

i provided one video, but i have multiple, amazon just won’t allow me to post more than one video so i will explain all the issues i had with it. in the video, you can see the keyboard disconnecting twice on its own within 30 seconds. this happened constantly and was a pain to deal with. on top of that, i tried to connect to bluetooth in case it was just a problem with the cable, but it wouldn’t connect to bluetooth either and would just turn off on its own again. so i’m not sure if bluetooth wouldn’t pop up or if the keyboard would just shut off so fast that my computer didn’t even have the chance to try to pick it up. i play games, so i’ll press the WASD buttons to move. but when i would press one button, that would be the only direction i could move in until i restarted the keyboard. if i pressed A, i could only move left. if i pressed D, i could only move right. and even after restarting, the keyboard would still disconnect and it would still eventually have the button problem again. i also had problems with the time and date on the screen, but that could be user error. i’d still keep it in mind though since other people seem to have problems with the screen too.

when the problems with my keyboard started, the return window for amazon had already closed. so i emailed epomaker themselves after checking and seeing in their policy that they would replace it within a year if there was a problem with the keyboard that wasn’t the buyers fault. i had to go back and forth with customer service, providing video upon video of multiple problems and explaining what i tried to do to fix them and it wasn’t enough for them. they offered to send a bare bones model (after much back and forth and when i told them that i had already provided a ton of proof), but that has had the same status of “order processed by shipper” for almost two months now and i don’t even know if it will ever get here.

at this point, i just want my money back. if you buy this keyboard, please remember my and the multiple other people’s reviews highlighting the many problems this keyboard has. i won’t speak on amazon’s service since i didn’t get the chance to try it, but be quick about returning it because epomaker’s service is terrible.

This is the most I have ever spent on a keyboard and I have to say it is worth every penny. I love it my favorite keyboard ever. Great quality and love the keys and the color. Love the cute little mini screen and so does my family. Smooth typing.

I love EVERYTHING about this keyboard. The color, the backlight, the sound, and mini tv; it’s amazing!

Color: They have a good variety of colors to choose from. I chose the pink because that’s the theme of my setup. I’m usually the *biggest* color coordinated freak and didn’t think the pink and white would match my pink and black theme I have going on. But it really didn’t mess anything up or make it look unusual and I don’t mind the colors at all.

Backlight: After a little messing around with the app, i got the hang of it. It was really fun coloring each and every key individually any color you’d like. I also did go on their EPOMAKER website on any browser for more help on the app/backlight and mini tv.

Sound: I was doing some research on which switches sounded better and I eventually settled with the Flamingo switches which I’m glad I did. They have such a satisfying sound and more on the quiet side which I don’t mind.

Mini TV: And lastly the little tv; the whole reason that made me want to get this keyboard. It’s so unique and something I’ve never seen on any other keyboard. I did read a couple reviews saying how they struggled with the EPOMAKER app and how it was hard to manage, I could see how that would happen to some. To manage the mini TV or add a gif, you would have to go on the app to do it (to download the app, you would have to go on EPOMAKERS website). You could add a picture, draw/write anything yourself, or add a gif. BUT for gifs, make sure your keyboard is switched to OFF and connected with the wire it comes with. Gifs ONLY work in that way (also shown in the picture).

Overall: I’ve been eyeing this keyboard for a while but wouldn’t get it cause it was over my limit. But now I do know that it is worth every single dime I spent on it. I won’t be buying any further keyboards after this purchase. If you’re eyeing it like I was, you should get it and try it out : )

EDIT: Amazon was able to make this right by sending me a replacement. Because if this I upped the rating to 4 stars. I seriously love this keyboard, it’s perfect right out of the box, but Epomakers customer service is sorely lacking.

So I've had this keyboard for a month now. I loved the customizable aspects, which is why I originally purchased this product. But after about 3 weeks, the space bar randomly stopped working. Mind you I only use my keyboard for day to day tasks at my job, and do not use it for any sort of hardcore gaming sessions.

I tried everything I knew how to do to fix it: replacing switches, cleaning the point of contact with the pcb, resetting the keyboard, uninstalling drivers, restarting my computer, and trying different USB cables. I even tried using my friends computer to see if it had something to do with mine. But alas my attempts resulted in my spacebar still non-functioning.

So naturally I sent a message to Amazon to see if they could put me in touch with the seller. The Amazon Rep was amazing by the way! I had tried reaching out directly to Epomakers customer service via their website, but heard NOTHING.

Thankfully after Amazon got involved I finally started to get a response from Epomaker. But I only received the troubleshooting I had already tried. I also only get 1 response a day out of Epomaker... Epomaker really needs to up their customer service game, because 1 response a day is RIDICULOUS.

I will update once this issue has been resolved.

I needed a keyboard with the number pad. But I wanted to try a small compact keyboard. I love this it's not too small and the key caps they used are so soft and amazing!! It clicks a little not as much as I hoped but it does sound nice when typing.

great for he first year only and then it stops working and letters eiher dont type or will tyyype multiplee times and you neeed to slam the keys down.

i have maintained and leaned it and its still doing this. its only 2 years old and not used daily

I bought this keyboard back in October 2023, it's not April 2024 and is still going strong! Performance hasn't decreased as I saw with my Logitech keyboard I had previously. It's well made for it's price point.

I don't use the little screen that comes with it, so I can't comment on that part but overall this keyboard is perfect. The RGB lights are nice and bright and also consistent. One thing I like is that when the battery is dying the keyboard doesn't lag, unlike most! The sound and the keys are perfect, the colour is perfect, the cable it came with is perfect. It's just a perfect keyboard! Even considering getting another colour
