I bought this along with a cute little teapot charm for someone who was graduating from high school, she loved it. It is something that will last for a long time and the graduate can add additional charms to it through out her new ventures in life.

I just got it, but i looks in good condition as of now. It was in a little plastic zip bag. For the price you should definitely get a box. Some of us buy these as gifts so i can't just gift it in that cheap bag. If you are buying for yourself and don't care for the box it's a good buy. The customer service in regards to the box issue was great and will definitely continue purchasing.
