This crate is fantastic & just what we were looking for. Having recently acquired a new puppy we had the dilemma of how to transport our existing dog and the new puppy safely in the car. This carrier ticks all the boxes. Its the same size as 2 x small size wire crates side by side, but obviously the top part of the carrier is angled so it fits in the car. We have a Freelander 2 and this crate fits in the boot perfectly. The storage compartments on top are a great size, suitable for storing leads, food, collapsible bowls, treats etc. We now just need to find a place in the boot for a bottle of water and we are good to go. The carrier takes minimal effort to put together, the wire doors are a slightly as they slide in tracks one in front of the other.

We have ordered a divider for our crate from elsewhere. This carrier is the newer model and therefore the divider required should have a small cut out/notch in it to accommodate the new lock. The old straight sided divider will not fit.

As for order processing and delivery, the carrier was ordered yesterday, it arrived today (we paid for next day delivery) and it was delivered by DPD, who provided a time of delivery first thing this morning which was excellent and allowed us to get on with our day knowing when the parcel would arrive.

Easy to assemble, my little dog is secure once the door is fastened, he can stand in it comfortably , I would say it’s appropriate for very small dogs( miniature breeds). It’s lightweight but sturdy enough.

The only downside is the price, quite expensive. I drive a Smart car and there aren’t many option’s available as dog carriers out there, so this fits removing the boot separator.

Was really worried this wasn’t going to be good.

But it’s excellent!

I have two pugs , but one is tall and can now sit up comfortably in the car.

I wanted a plastic dog carrier that’s easy to wipe clean and safe / strong to protect them.

They are small so it’s perfect for them.

But wouldn’t go any smaller.

So easy to put together, it comes with little screws , but I’ve not had to use them to keep it locked together. Well packed and very happy.

This fits into my mini convertible and keeps them safe if we have the top down.

Lots of air holes and light in colour so it doesn’t absorb heat ! But of course never leave dogs in a car on there own EVER !

I like it very much and it fit both our dachshunds very well.

Only disadvantage it rattles when the road surface is not smooth.

Great product. Well made and fits perfectly in my Passat estate. Love the sliding door , as it enables me to control my hooligans now when they all want to jump out together knocking me side ways in to the hedge. Quick delivery too.

I brought this after seeing my friend bigger version. Fits great in a corsa and is brilliant for the accidents that can happen in the car. Its portable and to be honest has 2 uses for me one being transporting in the car and the other as a cage to give my puppy/border terrior some time out when i visit friends or family and don't want them running around their house exploring . Very easy to assemble and has 2 great storage compartments. The handles make it easy to carry when needed and is very lightweight compared to the metal cages.

Well made, quality crate. Fits a treat in the boot of my 2010 Fiesta. Looked for ages to find something that fit is car. Depth of base is perfect so opening level with boot sill and sliding doors are a great idea and plenty of room to get my two Cockerpoos out. Love the storage in the top which I use for water, treats and toys when I go dog training, keeps everything close at hand. Love it.

We have had this a few months now for transporting our 2 Cairn Terriors in the rear of our Discovery and securely overnighting in when staying away.

A bit too heavy for 1 OAP to lug out to the car and a bit tight for 2 Terriors to stretch out overnight in.

We have now bought a larger much lighter collapsible material one for the car.

One to our Terrers, Danny can get agitated at night and the Secure overnight storage failed miserably last night. Danny escaped by pulling out a metal sliding door and chewed up a rug. A disaster. See photo.

We will now have to buy a metal cage for overnighting. Looks nice but no good for the 2 things we bought it for. False economy on our part.

Ho acquistato il trasportino Ferplast ATLAS CAR 80 per il mio cane e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del prodotto. Questo trasportino è semplicemente perfetto per viaggiare in auto con il mio amico a quattro zampe.

Innanzitutto, la qualità costruttiva è eccellente. Il trasportino è robusto e ben realizzato, garantendo la massima sicurezza per il mio cane durante i viaggi in auto. I materiali sono di alta qualità e resistenti, e il design è studiato per assicurare la massima protezione al mio animale durante gli spostamenti.

Il trasportino è facile da pulire e mantenere in buone condizioni. Basta utilizzare un panno umido e un detergente delicato per rimuovere eventuali sporco o peli. Inoltre, il design compatto del trasportino facilita anche il suo stoccaggio quando non lo sto utilizzando.
