La nostra pectina si trova naturalmente nella frutta (come mele e agrumi) ed è utilizzata per la preparazione di deliziose marmellate e gelatine. La pectina fornisce un gel ad alta resistenza senza influenzare il gusto o l'odore di altri ingredienti nella tua ricetta.
