The service was incredible, and everyone was very attentive. The best part was that the whole process was really fast, both at pick-up and drop-off. I kept the car for a few extra days, and even though rates had gone up, they honored my original price. Jesús Santoyo is the best employee; he always helps with my reservations and makes me feel like family.

I went in early September and rented a car with Avis. Everything was excellent—Vero at the counter was a huge help. When we returned the car, we thought we were going to miss our flight because we were running late and there was traffic due to construction at the airport entrance. However, the drop-off process was super fast and the shuttle was already waiting to take us to check-in. Thanks to their speed, we didn't miss it. They will always be my first choice! ⭐🙏🏻

Everything has been great so far, just waiting on the security deposit refund. Excellent car and great prices. Note that you have to fill the tank upon return; tip: there is a gas station right as you enter Avis, so you can avoid the stress I went through 😅
