The Athens Community Career Academy is excited to invite the Athens community to experience the Yellow Jacket Bistro. The student-run enterprise features cuisine made by ACCA culinary students, under the guidance of Chef Amee Williams.
Our students offer low-cost, supervised marketing, event, and customized print support for local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Services may include social media assistance, basic promotion, event planning help, and custom print items. This partnership supports community needs while giving students meaningful, real-world experience.

This form is utilized to coordinate a variety of services
1. Yellow Jacket Bistro Pop Up Lunch- ACCA culinary students collaborate with Athens area chefs on a menu for a monthly pop-up lunch. These lunches typically take place on the last Thursday of each month from 12:45 to 1:45.
2. Meeting Space- The 30-seat Yellow Jacket Bistro has a projector and built-in computer that is perfect for community businesses or groups to book for brunch/lunch meetings. Provide some basic information below, and our event management team will follow up to discuss space and catering needs.
3. Catering- The ACCA Culinary Arts Department is eager to provide catering for your next event. Provide some basic information below and Chef Amee will follow up to discuss catering needs, etc.
4. Marketing Services- Marketing Services – The ACCA ESEM Team (Stinger Events) provides community-focused, student-supported marketing and event assistance, including planning, coordination, and customized print items. Projects of all sizes welcome.
5. Mailing List for Special Events - Provide your information here, and we will add you to the mailing list to receive exclusive invitations to pop-up lunches, other events, and Yellow Jacket Bistro news and updates. This distribution will not be shared, and we will not send out emails unless there are updates/events to share.
